Abstract

Latar Belakang Persiapan persalinan ibu hamil pada trimester III harus dilakukan secara matang agar mengurangi dampak resiko komplikasi yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Menurut data Rakernas 2019 bahwa ibu hamil meninggal akibat komplikasi kebidanan yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dan tepat waktu. Kematian ibu di Wilayah DKI Jakarta dapat dilihat pada informasi pada tabel di bawah ini. Diketahui bahwa jumlah kematian ibu di DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2020 adalah 117 ibu, meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2019 yaitu 100 ibu. Angka kematian ibu pada tahun 2020 adalah 68,7 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Setelah di lakukan studi pendahuluan yang di laksanakan pada 21 November 2023, diketahui terdapat 4 Ibu hamil pada trimester III. Dengan demikian maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Karakteristik Ibu Hamil Trimester III Tentang Pengetahuan Persiapan persalinan di Klinik Bidan Ika Jakarta Selatan. Metode Penelitian Penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman didapatkan hasil P value 0.001 <0,05, P value 0.042 < 0,05, dan nilai P value 0,001 < 0,05. Ada hubungan karakteristik tentang pengetahuan persiapan persalinan. Kesimpulan Pengetahuan, usia, dan pendidikan ibu hamil berhubungan dengan persiapan persalinan. Kata Kunci Pengetahuan, persiapan, persalinan ABSTRACT Background Preparation for childbirth of pregnant women in the third trimester must be done carefully in order to reduce the impact of the risk of complications that can cause death. According to data from the 2019 National Meeting that pregnant women died due to obstetric complications that were not handled properly and on time. Maternal mortality in the DKI Jakarta Area can be seen in the information in the table below. It is known that the number of maternal deaths in DKI Jakarta in 2020 was 117 mothers, an increase compared to 2019, which was 100 mothers. The maternal mortality rate in 2020 was 68.7 per 100,000 live births. After a preliminary study conducted on November 21, 2023, it is known that there are 4 pregnant women in the third trimester. Thus, the researcher aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of III trimester pregnant women about knowledge of childbirth preparation at the Ika Midwife Clinic, South Jakarta. Research Methods The study used an analytical survey method with a Cross Sectional design. The analysis used univariate and bivariate using the Spearman test. Result The results of the Spearman Rank correlation test obtained P value 0.001 <0.05, P value 0.042 < 0.05, and P value 0.001 < 0.05 . There is a characteristic relationship about the knowledge of childbirth preparation. Conclusion Knowledge, age, and education of pregnant women are related to preparation for childbirth.
