Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang (termasuk Tujuan) Ibu hamil yang konsisten dalam menjalani kunjungan antenatal care dapat menurunkan dampak kesakitan saat kehamilan, persalinan, hingga masa nifas dan ibu hamil yang memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan dalam menjalani proses kehamilan yang lebih baik terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy ibu hamil trimester III dengan kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care di klinik bidan Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb Jakarta Selatan tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023 di Klinik Bidan Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb, Jakarta Selatan. ibu hamil pada trimester III, Paritas primigravida, multigravida, dan grandemultigravida dan ibu hamil yang berusia produktif 21 hingga 35 tahun. metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total sampling. Hasil Hasil penelitian, analisis chi-square terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan selfefficacy ibu hamil trimester III dengan kepatuhan kunjungan Antenatal Care. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai p-value (sig.) pada uji chi square bernilai 0,000 nilai ini kurang dari 0,05 Terdapat Hubungan Self-Efficacy Ibu Hamil Trimester III dengan Kepatuhan Kunjungan Antenatal Care Klinik Bidan Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb Jakarta Selatan. Kesimpulan Terdapat Hubungan Self Efficacy Ibu Hamil Trimester III dengan Kepatuhan Kunjungan Antenatal Care di Klinik Bidan Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2023 dengan nilai P-Value < nilai alpha (0,05) yaitu nilai p= 0,000 Kata Kunci: kata kunci Self efficacy, Antenatal care ABSTRACT Introduction (included objective) Pregnant women who are consistent in undergoing antenatal care visits can reduce the impact of pain during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Pregnant women who consistently undergo antenatal care visits can reduce the impact of pain during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period and pregnant women who have high self efficacy show a better level of satisfaction in undergoing the pregnancy process towards themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between selfefficacy of third trimester pregnant women with adherence to antenatal care visits in thecare at the midwife clinic Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb South Jakarta in 2023. Method This study is included in the type of quantitative research using descriptive analytic method with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in December 2023 at clinic Midwife Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb, South Jakarta. pregnant women in the third trimester, primigravida, multigravida, and grandemultigravida parity and pregnant women of productive age 21 to 35 years. the sampling method used was total sampling. Results The results of the study, chi-square analysis there is a significant effect of selfefficacy of third trimester pregnant women with adherence to Antenatal Care visits. This is indicated by the p-value (sig.) in the chi square test worth 0.000 this value is less than 0.05 There is a relationship between self-efficacy of third trimester pregnant women with adherence to Antenatal Care visits at the midwife clinic Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb South Jakarta. Conclusion There is a relationship between self efficacy and compliance with antenatal care visits at the midwife clinic Ika Susanti, S.Tr.Keb South Jakarta in 2023 with a PValue < alpha value (0.05), namely p value = 0.000.
