Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Nyeri merupakan hal yang bersifat subjektif yang hanya dapat orang tersebut yang bisa mengungkapkan rasa nyeri yang dialaminya. Kemungkinan terjadi infeksi akan lebih besar pada ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah atau kurang karena kesalahan dalam perawatan luka perineum. Senam kegel adalah senam untuk membantu mengencangkan otot panggul, hal ini sesuai dengan penemuan yang dilakukan penemu kegel. Ibu nifas di wilayah Bekasi mengalami kesakitan terutama pada infeksi luka perineum dengan lebih dari 89 kasus kejadian tersebar di 44 puskesmas akibat kurangnya pengetahuan perawatan pasca persalinan terutama perawatan luka perineum. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam kegel terhadap intensitas nyeri luka perineum pada ibu postpartum di TPMB Debby Ratna utama Kab.Bekasi Utara Tahun 2023 Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Pre-experiment design dengan menggunakan rancangan One group pretest-posttest. Menggunakan uji T dengan bantuan olah data SPSS di Komputer. Jumlah sempel pada penelitian yaitu 30 dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai mean intensitas nyeri sebelum – sesudah dilakukan senam kegel yaitu sebesar 2,5 dengan standar deviasi 0,572. Hasil analisis dengan uji T didapatkan p value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa Ada Pengaruh Senam Kegel Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri Luka Perineum Pada Ibu Post Partum Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa mean intesitas nyeri sebelum dilakukan intervensi yaitu sebesar 6,13 dan setelah dilakukan intervensi turun menjadi 3,63. Standar deviasi intensitas nyeri sebelum dilakukan intervensi yaitu sebesar 0,346 dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi sebesar 0,765. Kata Kunci: postpartum, nyeri, luka perineum, kegel. The possibility of infection will be greater in mothers who have low or insufficient knowledge due to errors in caring for perineal wounds. Kegel exercises are exercises to help tighten the pelvic muscles, this is in accordance with the findings made by Dr.Arnold Kegel. Postpartum mothers in the Bekasi area experience pain, especially perineal wound infections, with more than 89 cases spread across 44 community health centers due to lack of knowledge about postnatal care, especially perineal wound care. Objective: To determine the effect of Kegel exercises on the intensity of perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers at TPMB Debby Ratna Utama, North Bekasi Regency in 2023 Method: This type of research is a quantitative pre-experiment design research using a one group pretest-posttest design.
