Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pemberian ASI eksklusif sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi termasuk energi dan zat gizi lainnya, Bayi yang tidak mendapatkan ASI dengan cukup berarti memiliki asupan gizi yang kurang baik, dan dapat menyebabkan kekurangan gizi pada bayi salah satunya dapat menyebabkan stunting. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengunaan media video dan buku saku terhadap pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif di TPMB E.T Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2023 Motode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment serta rancangan penelitian Two group pretest-posttest design sampling yang digunakan adalah Total sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu mendapat pengetahuan tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan menggunakan media video dan buku saku yang dimana masing-masing kelompok 15 orang. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan pengetahuan pemberian ASI eksklusif pre-test dan post test dengan media video yaitu dari nilai mean 11,67 menjadi 18,33 perbedaan pengetahuan pemberian ASI eksklusif pre-test dan post test dengan media buku saku yaitu dari nilai mean 11,27 Menjadi 17,67 Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa media video dan buku saku efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan : Media video dan buku saku sama-sama efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pemberian ASI eksklusif Kata Kunci: ASI Eksklusif, Pengetahuan,Video, Buku Saku ABSTRACT Introduction :Exclusive breastfeeding greatly influences the growth and development of babies, including energy and other nutrients.bies who do not get enough breast milk have poor nutritional intake, and can cause malnutrition in babies, one of which can cause stunting. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of using video media and pocket books on mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding at TPMB E.T Bekasi Regency in 2023 Method : This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experiment research design and a Two group pretest-posttest research design. The sampling design used is total sampling with a total of 30 respondents divided into 2 groups, namely gaining knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding using video media and pocket books where each group of 15 people. Results : The results of the study showed the difference in knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding pre-test and post test with video media, namely from a mean of 11.67 to a mean of 18.33.
