Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang (termasuk tujuan) : Keputihan adalah keluarnya sekret/cairan dari vagina yang tidak berupa darah. Keputihan patologis beresiko tinggi terjadi pada remaja putri usia 15-24 tahun, sehingga menjadi masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang sering dikeluhkan oleh remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media video tentang keputihan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku vulva hygiene siswi kelas XII di SMKN 15 Kota Bekasi. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pre-post test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 subjek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji wilcoxon (p<0,05) menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku siswi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan adalah pada tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku p-value 0,000 dan sikap. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media video tentang keputihan terhadap pengetahuan, dan perilaku vulva hygiene siswi kelas XII di SMKN 15 Kota Bekasi. Perubahan perilaku membutuhkan suatu proses yaitu perubahan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap, dan perilaku yang benar. Diharapkan setelah ini responden memahami konsep vulva hygiene dan dapat mencegah terjadinya keputihan patologis. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan Remaja, Keputihan, Sistem Reproduksi. ABSTRACT Nama : Putri Intan Pratiwi Study Program : S1 Midwifery Title : The Effect of Video Media Health Education About Vaginal Discharge on Knowledge Level, Attitudes and Vulva hygiene Behavior of Class XII Female Students At SMKN 15 Bekasi City in 2023 Introduction (included objective) : Vaginal discharge is the discharge of secretions/fluids from the vagina that are not blood. Pathological vaginal discharge has a high risk of occurring in young women aged 15-24 years, making it a reproductive health problem that is often complained of by teenagers. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of video media health education about vaginal discharge on the level of knowledge, attitudes and vulva hygiene behavior of class XII female students at SMKN 15 Bekasi City. Method : This research uses a pre-experimental research with one group pre-post test approach. Data collection was carried in December 2023 the was 60 students. Sampling was carried out using total sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using the Wilcoxon test (p<0.05) using statistical tests. Results : The results of this research showed that the average knowledge, attitudes and behavior of female students before and after being given health education was the level of knowledge and behavior p-value 0.000 and attitude p-value 0,103. Conclusion : There is an influence of video media health education about vaginal discharge on the knowledge and behavior of vulva hygiene of class XII female students at SMKN 15 Bekasi City. Changing behavior requires a process, namely changing knowledge, changing attitudes and correct behavior. It is hoped that after this, respondents will understand the concept of vulva hygiene and can prevent pathological vaginal discharge.
