Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Remaja atau adolescence berasal dari bahasa latin “adolescence” yang berarti tumbuh kearah kematangan. BKKBN mencatat bahwa pada remaja usia 16-17 tahun ada sebanyak 60% remaja yang melakukan hubungan seksual, usia 14-15 tahun ada sebanyak 20%, dan pada usia 19-20 sebanyak 20%. Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi peringkat pertama yang mempunyai angka KTD sebesar (22,8%) dan upaya mengakhiri kehamilan (18,2%). Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian obeservasional dengan rancangan cross sectional yang dilengkapi dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah remaja SMA Negeri 8 Depok yang berada di Kecamatan Cilodong, Depok. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 siswa yang berusia 15-19 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis chi square. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini didapatlkan hasil remaja yang berperilaku seksual positif sebanyak 37 orang dan perilaku seksual negatif 33 orang. Remaja yang berpengetahuan Kesehatan reproduksi cukup 27 orang, kurang 26 orang dan baik 17 orang. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (63%) dan berusia 16 tahun (64,2%). Responden mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup (38,6%) dan berperilaku positif (52,9%). Tidak ada hubungannya antara pengetahuan Kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual remaja. BKKBN noted that in adolescents aged 16-17 years there are as many as 60% of adolescents who have sexual intercourse, aged 14-15 years there are as many as 20%, and at the age of 19-20 as much as 20%. West Java Province is ranked first with a KTD rate (22.8%) and efforts to terminate pregnancy (18.2%). Objective: To determine the relationship between reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior. Method : This research is an observational research with a cross sectional design equipped with quantitative and qualitative method approaches. The subject of this study was a teenager of SMA Negeri 8 Depok located in Cilodong District, Depok. The study sample amounted to 70 students aged 15-19 years who met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The statistical test used is the chi square hypothesis test. Results : In this study, 37 people found positive sexual behavior and 33 negative sexual behavior. Adolescents who are knowledgeable in reproductive health are enough 27 people, less 26 people and good 17 people. Conclusion : Most respondents were female (63%) and 16-year-old (64.2%). The majority of respondents are knowledgeable (38.6%) and behave positively (52.9%). There is no relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior.
