Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Linda Yaumil Choiryah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Musik Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri Abdomen Pada Tn. O Dengan Ca Intra Abdomen Di Ruang Paviliun Darmawan Lantai 6 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Ca Intra Abdomen adalah pembengkakan atau adanya benjolan yang disebabkan oleh neoplasma dan infeksi yang berada di abdomen berupa massa abnormal di sel-sel yang berpoliferasi yang bersifattidak terkontrol, progresif (Oswari, 2009). Tumor/kanker adalah salah satu penyebab morbiditas dan kematian di seluruh dunia, dengan sekitar 14 juta kasus baru di tahun 2018. Jumlah kasus baru diperkirakan meningkat sekitar 70% selama 2 dekade ke depan. Kanker adalah penyebab utama kematian kedua di dunia (Kemenkes RI, 2015).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien tumor intra abdomen dengan menggunakan terapi non farmakologis yaitu terapi musik. Responden yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah pasien dengan pre op tumor inta abdomen di Ruangan Paviliun Darmawan Lantai 6 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta, sifat serta fenomena yang di selidiki, disusun berdasarkan laporan asuhan keperawatan melalui proses pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan selama 3 hari di Ruang Paviliun Darmawan Lantai 6 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil : penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa pasien tumor intraabdomen dapat ditandai dengan gejala nyeri pada bagian abdomen, dan perut terasa begah, diberikan intervensi keperawatan berupa terapi musik, setelah diberikan intervensi selama 3 hari, skala nyeri berkurang dari skala 4 menjadi skala 2, klien juga mengatakan nyeri berkurang. Kesimpulan : terapi musik efektif terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien Tumor Intra Abdomen. Kata Kunci: Ca Intra Abdomen, Terapi Musik, Nyeri, Asuhan Keperawatan. Tumors/cancer is one of the causes of morbidity and death worldwide, with around 14 million new cases in 2018. The number of new cases is expected to increase by around 70% over the next 2 decades. Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world (Ministry of Health RI, 2015). The aim of this study was to apply nursing care to intra-abdominal tumor patients using non-pharmacological therapy, namely music therapy. Respondents used in this case study were patients with pre-op intra-abdominal tumors in the Darmawan Pavilion Room, 6th Floor Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. This research method is a descriptive case study that aims to make systematic, factual and accurate descriptions of the facts, characteristics and phenomena being investigated, compiled based on reports of nursing care through a process of nursing care approach carried out for 3 days in the Darmawan Pavilion Room, 6th Floor RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Results: this study found that patients with intra-abdominal tumors can be characterized by symptoms of pain in the abdomen, and the stomach feels full, given nursing interventions in the form of music therapy, after being given intervention for 3 days, the pain scale is reduced from scale 4 to scale 2, the client also say the pain is reduced. Conclusion: music therapy is effective in reducing pain intensity in patients with intra-abdominal tumors. Note: Intra Abdominal Tumor, Music Therapy, Pain, Nursing Care.
