Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Fitri Wulandari Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Efektivitas Relaksasi Genggam Jari Dalam Mengurangi Tingkat Nyeri Pada Tn. H Dengan Post Op Laparoskopi Diruang Perawatan Lantai V Paviliun Eri Soedewo Rspad Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Makanan cepat saji, berlemak dan berkolestrol merupakan penyebab timbulnya penyakit cholelithiasis. Cholelithiasis merupakan masalah pada gastrointestinal yang umum dan sering terjadi di seluruh dunia serta memengaruhi masalah kesehatan. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2017 angka kejadian cholelithiasis di dunia sebesar 11,7%. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah dapat memahami asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post op laparoskopi pada Tn. H dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut dengan melakukan tindakan nonfarmakologi yaitu teknik relaksasi genggam jari. Metode : Metode pengumpulan data dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan teknik wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik pada pasien cholelithiasis dengan nyeri akut. Hasil : Hasil studi kasus ini setelah memberikan asuhan keperawatan dan melakukan studi kasus pada pasien post op laparoskopi dengan nyeri akut yang dilakukan tindakan teknik relaksasi genggam jari didapatkan adanya penurunan skala nyeri dari skala 4 menjadi skala 2. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus yang telah dilakukan, penulis menyimpulkan tentang efektivitas relaksasi genggam jari pada Tn. H post op laparoskopi didapatkan hasil skala nyeri menurun setelah dianjurkan untuk melakukan teknik relaksasi genggam jari. Hasil dilakukannya perawatan selama dua hari pasien mengatakan bahwa nyeri menurun dengan skala nyeri 2 dengan kategori nyeri ringan. Kata kunci : Pasien post op laparoskopi, Nyeri akut, Teknik relaksasi genggam jari. Cholelithiasis is a common gastrointestinal problem that often occurs throughout the world and affects health problems. According to World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017 the incidence of cholelithiasis in the world was 11.7%. The purpose of this paper is to understand nursing care in post op laparoscopic patients on Mr. H with the problem of acute pain nursing by carrying out non-pharmacological actions, namely finger hold relaxation techniques. Method : The data collection method in this scientific paper uses interview, observation and physical examination techniques in cholelithiasis patients with acute pain. Results : The results of this case study after providing nursing care and conducting a case study in post-operative laparoscopic patients with acute pain who underwent finger hold relaxation techniques showed that there was a decrease in the pain scale from a scale of 4 to a scale of 2. Conclusion : Based on the results of the case studies that have been carried out, the authors conclude about the effectiveness of finger hold relaxation on Mr. H post-op laparoscopy showed that the pain scale decreased after being advised to do a finger-hold relaxation technique. The results of the treatment for two days the patient said that the pain decreased with a pain scale of 2 in the mild pain category.
