Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Sheila Retno Azzahra Silvi Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. T Dengan Post Op Fraktur Neck Femur Menggunakan Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Terhadap Penurunan Skala Nyeri di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Sadewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. 5 BAB + 73 Halaman + 2 Lampiran + x Latar Belakang : Fraktur Neck Femur merupakan keadaan rusaknya atau terputus leher femur yang disebabkan oleh trauma. Karya tulis ilmiah ini akan menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post operasi fraktur neck femur menggunakan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan skala nyeri di lantai v paviliun eri sadewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dimulai pada tanggal 03 April 2023 sampai dengan 06 April 2023. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan skala nyeri post operasi fraktur neck femur. Metode : Metode penulisan karya tulis ilmiah tersebut adalah metode deskriptif, studi kepustakaan dan jurnal ilmiah yang mempelajari antara teori dan kasus tidak jauh berbeda, tidak ditemukan hambatan yang berarti saat penulis melakukan pengkajian pada pasien, faktor pendukung yaitu keluarga pasien dan tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat ruangan yang sangat kooperatif dalam memberikan informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik relaksasi nafas dalam yang diterapkan pada responden dengan post operasi fraktur neck femur dapat mengurangi nyeri. Kesimpulan : Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dapat diterapkan terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur neck femur. This scientific paper will describe the application of nursing care postoperative pain of femoral neck fractures using a deep breath relaxation techniques to reduce the scale of pain at the v floor of the eri sadewo pavilion of Gatot Soebroto Hospital starting on April 3, 2023 until April 6, 2023. Objective: The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to determine the effect of deep breath relaxation techniques on reducing the scale of pain after femoral neck fracture surgery. Method: The method of writing scientific papers is a descriptive method, literature studies and scientific journals that study between theory and case are not much different, no significant obstacles are found when the author conducts an assessment of patients, supporting factors are the patient's family and health workers, namely room nurses who are very cooperative in providing the information and data needed. Results: The results showed that deep breath relaxation techniques applied to respondents with postoperative neck femoral fractures can reduce pain. Conclusion: Deep breath relaxation techniques can be applied to the reduction of pain scale in patients with postoperative neck femoral fractures.
