Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Program studi Judul : Afifah Nurul Rahmani : D3 Keperawatan : Penerapan Tindakan Keperawatan Latihan Menghardik Pada Tn. N Dengan Gangguan Sensori Persepsi : Halusinasi Pendengaran Di Ruang Abimanyu Rumah Sakit dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Latar Belakang : Halusinasi adalah suatu persepsi panca indra tanpa adanya stimulis eksternal. Pasien dengan halusinasi sering merasakan kondisi yang hanya dapat dirasakan oleh diri sendiri tetapi tidak dapat dirasakan oleh orang lain. Dampak dari halusinasi bisa menimbulkan akibat seperti histeria, kelemahan, tidakmampuan mencapai tujuan, rasa takut berlebihan, pikiran yang buruk serta risiko tindak kekerasaan jika tidak ditangani dengan segera. Penulis tertarik untuk menerapkan pelaksanaan latihan menghardik pada pasien gangguan sensori persepsi: halusinasi pendengaran. Tujuan penulis pada Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan tindakan keperawatan latihan menghardik pada pasien gangguan sensori persepsi: halusinasi pendengaran. Metode : Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif dengan latihan menghardik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan demontrasi. Hasil : dari kegiatan yang dilakukan selama enam hari dari tanggal 28 febuari sampai 5 maret 2022, pada pertemuan kelima didapatkan hasil bahwa latihan menghardik sangat berpengaruh terhadap pasien halusinasi pendengaran karena tanda dan gejala halusinasi menurun, pasien mengatakan halusinasi berkurang, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan menghardik efektif pada pasien gangguan sensori persepsi: halusinasi pendengaran. kesimpulan : penerapan tindakan keperawatan latihan menghardik dapat mengurangi munculnya tanda dan gejala halusinasi, pasien kooperatif mengikuti semua kegiatan dan pasien mengatakan halusinasi berkurang. Kata Kunci : Halusinasi, Pendengaran. Patients with hallucinations often feel conditions that can only be felt by themselves but cannot be felt by others. The impact of hallucinations can cause consequences such as hysteria, weakness, inability to achieve goals, excessive fear, bad thoughts and the risk of violence if not treated immediately. The author is interested in applying the implementation of rebuking exercises in patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. The author's aim in this scientific paper is to describe the application of nursing actions of rebuking exercises in patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive case study method with rebuking exercises. Data collection using interviews, observation, documentation, and demonstration. Results: from activities carried out for six days from February 28 to March 5, 2022, at the fifth meeting it was found that the practice of rebuking was very influential on patients with auditory hallucinations because the signs and symptoms of hallucinations decreased, patients said hallucinations decreased, so it can be concluded that rebuking exercises are effective in patients with sensory perception disorders: Conclusion: the application of nursing actions of the practice of rebuking can reduce the appearance of signs and symptoms of hallucinations, cooperative patients follow all activities and patients say hallucinations are reduced.
