Abstract

ABSTRAK STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Karya Tulis Ilmiah Putri Balqis Nurullita Sigit Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Dengan Hepatoma Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Nutrisi Di Ruang Perawatan Umum Lt VI Paviliun Darmawan Rspad Gatot Soebroto V BAB + 57 Halaman + 1 Lampiran + xix Latar belakang: Hepatoma adalah suatu tumor ganas yang menyerang sel-sel hati. Secara global, kanker hati ini juga mempunyai insiden terbanyak urutan keenam di dunia pada tahun 2018. Pada pasien dengan hepatoma sering mengalami masalah defisit nutrisi yang menimbulkan gejala berupa mual muntah, penurunan berat badan, dan penurunan nafsu makan, sehingga pada pasien dengan hepatoma perlu dilakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi. Tujuan: Memberikan gambaran terhadap pasien yang didiagnosis Hepatoma dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi di ruang perawatan umum lt. VI Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode: Jenis studi kasus ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus yaitu menggambarkan tentang penerapan diet pada pasien hepatoma yang mengalami defisit nutrisi dengan proses pengumpulan data berupa teknik wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan dengan melakukan pemenuhan nutrisi dari hari pertama hingga hari ketiga pemantauan, tidak terjadi perubahan yang terlalu signifikan pada pola dan asupan makanannya dan masih perlu diberikan intervensi lanjutan untuk memperbaiki status nutrisi pasien. Simpulan: Setelah dilakukan studi kasus dapat disimpulkan dengan melakukan tindakan keperawatan maka hasil yang didapatkan pola dan asupan makanan pasien mengalami perubahan tidak terjadi perubahan yang terlalu signifikan pada pola dan asupan makanannya, nafsu makan meningkat walaupun makan sedikit demi sedikit, dan tidak ada mual muntah. Globally, liver cancer also has the sixth highest incidence in the world in 2018. In Indonesia, hepatoma is included in the top 4 cancer cases with 18,468 new cases in 2018 and around 18,148 deaths. In patients with hepatoma often experience nutritional deficit problems. Symptoms that arise include nausea, vomiting, weight loss, decreased appetite, and an increase in SGOT SGPT enzyme levels that exceed normal limits so that patients with hepatoma need to fulfill their nutritional needs. Objective: To describe an overview of patients who diagnosed with Hepatoma in fullfilling nutritional needs in the general treatment room 5th floor Darmawan Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Methods: This type of case study is descriptive using the case study approach which describes the application of diet to hepatoma patients who experience nutritional deficits with the process of collecting data in the form of interview techniques, observation and physical examination. Results: Case studies that have been carried out by fulfilling nutrition from the first day to the third day of monitoring, there were no too significant changes in food patterns and intake and further interventions were still needed to improve the patient's nutritional status. Conclusion: After the case study was carried out, it can be concluded by carrying out nursing actions, the results obtained in the pattern and food intake of the patient experienced changes, there were no significant changes in the pattern and food intake, appetite increased even though eating little by little, and there was no nausea and vomiting.
