Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Priskila Pitaloka Margaretha Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. K dengan Batu Ginjal Post Op Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) Dextra Dalam Pemberian Terapi Musik Untuk Meredakan Rasa Nyeri di Lantai V Paviliun Eri Sadewo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto tahun 2023 Batu Ginjal atau Nefrolitiasis adalah batu yang terbentuk di tubuh ginjal kemudian di kaliks, infudibulum, panggul ginjal dan bahkan mengisi panggul serta keseluruhan kaliks ginjal dan merupakan batu saluran kandung yang pagar sering terjadi. (Purnomo, 2014). Penyakit Batu Ginjal menimbulkan masalah nyeri, perubahan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh, gangguan pada mobilitas fisik, gangguan pada eliminasi urin, dan resiko infeksi. (Erik, 2021). Pemberian musik bertujuan untuk membantu mengekspresikan perasaan, membantu rehabilitasi fisik, musik dapat meningkatkan kesehatan emosional terhadap terapi musik, dan memperbaiki kondisi fisik klien. (Gusti, 2014). Metode penelitian pada karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimen Methode. Pada subjek penelitian ini yaitu unit tunggal untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan Batu Ginjal dengan manajemen Terapi Musik Klasik. Evaluasi yang didapatkan oleh penulis tentang Terapi Musik Klasik adalah Nyeri yang diderita Ny. K bisa menurun, skala sebelum dilakukan tindakan terapi musik adalah 3 dan setelah dilakukan tindakan terapi musik menjadi skala nyeri 1. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik klasik sangat efektif untuk menurunkan skala Nyeri. Kata kunci : Batu Ginjal, Nyeri. (Purnomo, 2014). Kidney stone disease causes pain problems, changes in nutrition less than body requirements, disturbances in physical mobility, disturbances in the elimination of urine, and the risk of infection. (Erik, 2021). Giving music aims to help express feelings, help physical rehabilitation, music can improve emotional health towards music therapy, and improve the physical condition of clients. (Gusti, 2014). The research method in this scientific paper is to use the Quasi Experiment Methode research method. The subject of this study is a single unit for implementing nursing care for clients with Kidney Stones with the management of Classical Music Therapy. The evaluation obtained by the author regarding Classical Music Therapy is the pain suffered by Mrs. K can decrease, the scale before the music therapy action is 3 and after the music therapy action is carried out it becomes a pain scale of 1. Thus it can be concluded that classical music therapy is very effective in reducing the pain scale. Kata kunci : Kidney Stones, Pain. Classical Music Therapy, Nursing Care
