Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Tereza Putri Fauzi Program Studi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Tindakan Nebulizer untuk Mengatasi Bersihan Jalan yang Tidak Efektif pada Pasien Ny. R dengan pneumonia di Lantai 5 Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang: Pneumonia adalah salah satu penyakit infeksi pada jaringan paru�paru yang ditandai dengan menumpuknya mikroorganisme, cairan dan sel-sel inflamasi pada kantung udara di paru-paru sehingga menyebabkan paru-paru tidak mampu bekerja dengan baik. Tujuan: Menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Ny. R dengan pneumonia dalam pemberian tindakan nebulizer untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan nafas yang tidak efektif dengan menggunakan proses keperawatan. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus tunggal yang dilakukan kepada satu orang pasien dengan diagnosa pneumonia di Lantai 5 Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Sudi kasus yang didapatkan setelah menerapkan tindakan nebulizer untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan nafas yang tidak efektif kepada klien selama 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil evaluasi tanda klinis batuk klien tampak mereda, klien tampak sudah tidak sesak, sputum tampak mudah di keluarkan dan sputum tampak berkurang berawarna putih dengan kosistensi cair. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan studi kasus hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tindakan nebulizer terhadap pasien pneumonia memberikan pengaruh untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan nafas yang tidak efektif pada Ny. R. Kata Kunci: Pneumonia, Bersihan Jalan Nafas yang Tidak Efektif, Tindakan Nebulizer. xii ABSTRACT Name : Tereza Putri fauzi Study Program : D-III Nursing Title : Application of Nebulizer Measures to Overcome Ineffective Airway Clearance in Mrs. R Patient with Pneumonia on the 6th floor of the Darmawan Pavilion of Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital Background: Pneumonia is one of the infectious diseases of the lung tissue which is characterized by the accumulation of microorganisms, fluid and inflammatory cells in the air sacs in the lungs, causing the lungs to be unable to work properly. Purpose: Describe nursing care in Mrs. R patient with pneumonia in the administration of nebulizer measures to overcome ineffective airway clearance using the nursing process. Methods: This case study uses a descriptive method in the form of a single case study conducted on one patient with a diagnosis of pneumonia on the 5th Floor of Darmawan Pavilion of Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital using data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, physical examination. Result: Sudi cases obtained after applying nebulizer action to overcome ineffective airway clearance to clients for 3x24 hours obtained the results of clinical signs of client cough seem to subside, clients seem to be no longer congested, sputum looks easy to remove and sputum looks reduced white with liquid consistency. Conclusion: After a case study, the results showed that the application of nebulizer measures to pneumonia patients had an effect on overcoming ineffective airway clearance in Mrs. R.
