Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Dwike Putri Layla Luthfiana Musyaffa Program Studi : D III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. S Postpartum Tindakan Seksio Sesarea Indikasi Diabetes Melitus Gestasional Dalam Pemberian Edukasi Di Ruang Perawatan Lantai 1 Paviliun Imam Sudjudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta. Edukasi merupakan suatu kegiatan dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan kepada setiap individu agar mampu memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, maka sangat penting dilakukan pemberian edukasi kepada ibu postpartum. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Postpartum Tindakan Seksio Sesarea dengan Indikasi Diabetes Melitus Gestasional dalam pemberian edukasi menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Metode deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus, penemuan data melalui tes, wawancara, analisis data dan dokumentasi. Lokasi studi kasus di Lantai 1 Paviliun Iman Sudjudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada bulan 22-26 Mei 2023. Subjek studi kasus adalah satu orang Ny. S Usia 28 Tahun. Hasil studi kasus, asuhan keperawatan teori dan penelitian terdahulu evaluasi yang di dapatkan yaitu masalah teratasi intervensi dihentikan. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus yang penulis lakukan dan artikel penelitian terdahulu dengan pasien Ny. S postpartum tindakan seksio sesarea dalam melakukan pemberian edukasi sangat efektif karena pasien bisa menjawab pertanyaan terkait dengan perawatan pada bayi berupa perawatan tali pusat dan ASI eksklusif yang diajukan oleh perawat, serta dapat melakukan kembali cara menyusui dengan benar dan perawatan tali pusat sesuai dengan format observasi. Education is an activity in an effort to increase health knowledge for each individual in order to be able to maintain and improve health, so it is very important to provide education to postpartum mothers. This writing aims to describe the application of nursing care to Postpartum patients. Cesarean Section Actions with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Indications in providing education using the nursing process approach. The descriptive method is a case study approach, data discovery through tests, interviews, data analysis and documentation. The location of the case study is on the 1st Floor of the Iman Sudjudi Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital on 22-26 May 2023. The subject of the case study was one Mrs. S Age 28 years. The results of case studies, theoretical nursing care and previous research evaluations that were obtained were that the problem was resolved, the intervention was discontinued. Based on the results of the case studies that the authors conducted and previous research articles with the patient Ny. S postpartum cesarean section in providing education is very effective because patients can answer questions related to care for infants in the form of umbilical cord care and exclusive breastfeeding submitted by nurses, and can re-do breastfeeding correctly and care for the umbilical cord according to the observation format..
