Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Raihanah Putri Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Komplementer Kompres Jahe Merah Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Keluarga Tn.A Khususnya Ny.D Dengan Hyperuricemia Di RT 06 RW 09 Kelurahan Cipenjo Kecamatan Cileungsi Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang Keperawatan keluarga merupakan proses pemberian pelayanan kesehatan sesuai kebutuhan keluarga dalam lingkup praktik keperawatan, Salah satu sasaran asuhan keperawatan keluarga adalah keluarga yang mengalami penyakit tidak menular diantaranya keluarga dengan hyperuricemia. hyperuricemia adalah penyakit yang menyerang persendian-persendian tubuh. Salah satu terapi komplementer pada hyperuricemia yaitu terapi komplementer kompres jahe merah. Penulis menggunakan desain studi kasus yang bersifat dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan pada pasien hyperuricemia. Dimana penulis memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hyperuricemia sebelum dilakukan terapi komplementer kompres jahe merah. Setelah diberikan intervensi kompres jahe merah selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran skala nyeri kembali. Subyek pada studi kasus ini adalah salah satu keluarga yang memiliki masalah hyperuricemia. Saat dilakukan pengukuran awal skala nyeri 7 dan setelah dilakukan terapi komplementer kompres jahe merah dalam waktu 10 menit yaitu dari tanggal 15-19 Mei 2023 dilakukan sehari 1 kali didapatkan penurunan skala nyeri 4. Metode Teknik pengumpulan data dalam karya tulis ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentsi, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil Studi kasus didapatkan pasien memberikan respon positif dengan rata-rata rentang skala nyeri 4 dan pasien mengatakan nyeri sudah berkurang. Kesimpulan Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi komplementer kompres jahe merah dapat menurunkan nyeri pada pasien hyperuricemia yang dibuktikan dengan hasil skala nyeri pada pasien menurun. One of the targets of family nursing care is families experiencing non-communicable diseases including families with hyperuricemia. hyperuricemia is a disease that attacks the joints of the body. One of the complementary therapies for hyperuricemia is red ginger compresses. The author uses a case study design that is a nursing process approach in hyperuricemia patients. Where the author provides an overview of nursing care in hyperuricemia patients before complementary therapy of red ginger compresses is carried out. After being given the red ginger compress intervention, the pain scale measurement was again carried out. The subject of this case study is one of the families who have hyperuricemia problems. When the initial measurement of pain scale was 7 and after complementary therapy was carried out red ginger compresses within 10 minutes, from 15-19 May 2023, carried out once a day, a decrease in pain scale was 4. Method Data collection techniques in this paper using interviews, documentation, observation and physical examination techniques. The result Case studies found that patients gave positive responses with an average pain scale range of 4 and patients said the pain had decreased. Conclusion It can be concluded that complementary therapy of red ginger compresses can reduce pain in hyperuricemia patients as evidenced by the results of a decreased pain scale in patients.
