Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Redy Alfianto Ramadhan Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Tn.R Dengan Anemia Dalam Pemberian Mobilisasi Untuk Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Aktivitas Harian Di Ruang Lantai VI Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. 5 BAB + 56 Halaman + 1 Lampiran + x Latar Belakang: Anemia adalah suatu kondisi dimana jumlah atau volume sel darah merah berkurang, atau molekul hemoglobin (Hb) atau hematokrit (Ht) atau jumlah sel darah merah dalam aliran darah berkurang. Penurunan sel darah merah menurunkan suplai oksigen ke jaringan tubuh. Tujuan: menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan dengan pemberian mobilisasi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan aktivitas pada pasien anemia. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus tunggal yang dilakukan kepada satu orang pasien dengan diagnosa Anemia di Lantai 6 Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Studi kasus yang didapatkan setelah melakukan latihan mobilisasi untuk meningkatkan aktivitas kepada klien selama 3x24 jam didapatkan hasil evaluasi tanda klinis klien sudah bias melakukan mobilisasi walapun masih dibantu oleh keluarga, klien sudah bisa duduk tempat tidur sendiri tanpa terasa pusing atau lemas, Kesadaran Composmentis, klien tampak tidak lemas. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan studi kasus hasil menunjukkan bahwa melakukan latihan mobilisasi pada pasien Anemia dapat meningkatkan akt pada Tn. A decrease in red blood cells reduces the supply of oxygen to body tissues. Purpose: to describe the application of nursing care by providing mobilization to fulfill activity needs in anemic patients. Methods: This case study uses a descriptive method in the form of a single case study conducted on one patient with a diagnosis of Anemia on the 6th Floor of the Darmawan Pavilion Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, physical examination. Results: The case study obtained after carrying out mobilization exercises to increase activity for the client for 3x24 hours obtained the results of an evaluation of clinical signs that the client was able to mobilize even though he was still assisted by his family, the client was able to sit in bed alone without feeling dizzy or weak, Composmentis Awareness, the client appears limp. Conclusion: After conducting a case study, the results showed that doing mobilization exercises in Anemia patients could increase activity in Mr. R.
