Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Reva Wafi Anadiah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan pada Ny. F dengan Harga Diri Rendah Kronis di Ruang Antareja RS dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor Latar Belakang : Harga diri rendah adalah hal penting dimana pribadi yakin terhadap kemampuannya dalam melakukan suatu perilaku dalam memperoleh hasil yang diinginkan, jika tidak dilakukannya penanganan lebih lanjut akan berdampak pada masalah yang lebih kompleks seperti bisa mengisolasi diri dari orang lain, penurunan produktifitas dan akan membuat individu mengalami gangguan sensori persepsi halusinasi bisa juga mengakibatkan munculnya gejala waham. Tujuan dari karya tulis ini adalah melakukan asuhan keperawatan dengan harga diri rendah kronis di Ruang Antareja RS dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Metode : Karya tulis ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data teknik anamnesa, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil : Hasil karya tulis ilmiah ini merupakan hasil dari asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan harga diri rendah kronis dengan hasil asuhan keperawatan dilakukan selama empat hari, implementasi yang telah dilakukan yaitu mengidentifikasi kemampuan dan aspek positif yang ada di dalam diri pasien, melatih kemampuan pasien dan memasukan kegiatan ke dalam jadwal harian, mengevaluasi kegiatan harian pasien. Kesimpulan : Evaluasi keperawatan yang dicapai untuk diagnosa harga diri rendah kronis adalah pasien sudah mampu melakukan kemampuan positif yang dimilikinya dengan baik dan kepercayaan diri pasien bertambah setelah dilatih kemampuan positif yang ada pada pasien. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital Bogor Background : Low self-esteem is an important thing where the person believes in his ability to perform a behavior in obtaining the desired results, if further treatment is not carried out, it will have an impact on more complex problems such as isolating oneself from others, decreasing productivity and will make individuals experience hallucinatory sensory perception disorders which can also lead to the appearance of symptoms of delusion. The purpose of this paper is to provide nursing care with chronic low self-esteem in the Antareja Room of Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital, Bogor. Methods : This paper uses data collection methods of anamnesa, observation and physical examination techniques. Results : The results of this scientific paper are the results of nursing care in patients with chronic low self-esteem with the results of nursing care carried out for four days, the implementation that has been done is to identify the abilities and positive aspects that exist in the patient, train the patient's abilities and enter activities into a daily schedule, evaluate the patient's daily activities. Conclusion : The nursing evaluation achieved for the diagnosis of chronic low self-esteem is that the patient has been able to perform his positive abilities well and the patient's self-confidence increases after training the positive abilities that exist in the patient.
