Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : ALFINNA AYU LESTARI Program Studi : DIIIKeperawatan Judul :Penerapan Tindakan Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Pada Pasien Ny.S Dengan Sirosis Hepatis dalam mengatasi nyeri di Ruang Pavilliun Darmawan Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang : Sirosis hepatis adalah penyakit kronis hepar dengan salah satu keluhan nyeri. Akibat membesarnya hati dan penumpukan cairan didalam rongga perut (ascites). Salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri dengan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Metode :Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, Observasi, Pemeriksaan Fisik dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien sirosis hepatis berusia 52 tahun. Mengalami nyeri sedang dengan kesadaran pasien composmentis. Tujuan :Tujuan dari studi kasus ini mengaplikasikan intensitas nyeri pada pasien untuk memberikan gambaran kepada Ny.S yang terdiagnosa Sirosis Hepatis dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri di ruang Paviliun Darmawan Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hasil :Peneliti memberikanTerapi Relaksasi Nafas Dalam pada Ny.S dan menunjukan bahwa pasien mengikuti perawatan yang diberikan yaitu dengan Relaksasi Nafas Dalam, pasien mengatakan Nyeri sudah sedikit berkurang walaupun terkadang masih suka sakit. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melakukan pemberian Terapi Relaksasi Nafas Dalam pada Ny.S dengan Sirosis Hepatis selama 3X24 jam yaitu kualitas nyeri pada pasien berkurang. As a result of enlarged liver and accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity (ascites). One of the nursing interventions to reduce pain intensity is deep breathing relaxation technique. Methods:Methods of data collection by interview, observation, physical examination and documentation study. In this study, patients with cirrhosis of the liver aged 52 years. Experiencing moderate pain with composmentis patient consciousness. Purpose: The purpose of this case study is to apply pain intensity to patients to provide an overview to Mrs.S who is diagnosed with Hepatic Cirrhosis in reducing pain in the Darmawan Pavilion room, Floor V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Results: The researcher gave Mrs.S Deep Breath Relaxation Therapy and showed that the patient followed the treatment given, namely Deep Breath Relaxation, the patient said the pain had decreased slightly even though sometimes it still hurts. Conclusion: After conducting the research, it can be concluded that by administering Deep Breathing Relaxation Therapy to Ny.S with Cirrhosis of the Hepatis for 3X24 hours, the quality of pain in patients is reduced.
