Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Zalfa Firyal Nuha Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Asuhan Keperawatan Tn. A Dengan Perawatan Luka Pasca Laparatomy Di Lantai IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo. Ca Colon atau dikenal juga kanker kolorektal adalah keganasan tumbuh lambat yang paling sering ditemukan daerah kolon terutama pada sekum, desendes bawah, dan kolon sigmoid (Tucker 1998 dalam buku Ida Mardalena 2019 : hal 139). Peningkatan kasus kanker kolorektal pada usia lansia dapat disebabkan karena terjadi penurunan pada sistem pencernaan seperti : indra pengecap menurun, rasa lapar menurun (kepekaan rasa lapar menurun), liver (hati) makin mengecil dan menurunnya tempat penyimpanan makanan sehingga terjadinya peningkatan kasus kolorektal pada usia lansia. Tindakan yang biasa dilakukan pada pasien lansia dengan penyakit kanker kolorektal adalah tindakan pembedahan (Erfandi,2018). Proses pencucian/pembersihan luka akut/pembedahan biasanya dilakukan hari ke 5-7 pasca operasi. Pengangkatan jahitan biasanya pada hari ke 6-7 pasca operasi. Pengangkatan jahitan tidak menunggu sampai hari ke-21. Metode penelitian pada karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, pada subjek penelitian ini yaitu satu orang pasien dengan Ca Colon dengan manajemen perawatan luka. Manajemen luka dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur sangat berperan penting dalam proses pencegahan infeksi dan proses penyembuhan luka, khususnya pada kasus kanker colon. Evaluasi yang didapatkan oleh penulis tentang perawatan luka dan kadar leukosit sebelum dilakukan tindakan belum ada luka dan leukosit 13780 mg/dl sedangkan sesudah diberikan perawatan luka adalah luka tidak tampak kemerahan, tidak ada tanda-tanda infeksi dan leukosit 10.500 mg/dl. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perawatan luka sangat efektif untuk menurunkan resiko infeksi pada luka. Kata Kunci : Ca Colon, Lansia, Perawatan Luka, Asuhan Keperawatan. Colon cancer, also known as colorectal cancer, is a slow-growing malignancy that is most often found in the colon, especially in the cecum, lower descending, and sigmoid colon (Tucker 1998 in Ida Mardalena's book 2019: p. 139). An increase in cases of colorectal cancer in the elderly can be caused by a decrease in the digestive system such as: decreased sense of taste, decreased hunger (decreased hunger sensitivity), smaller liver (liver) and decreased food storage so that an increase in colorectal cases in the elderly . The action that is usually performed on elderly patients with colorectal cancer is surgery (Erfandi, 2018). The process of washing/cleaning acute wounds/surgery is usually carried out on the 5-7th postoperative day. Suture removal is usually on the 6-7th postoperative day. Suture removal did not wait until the 21st day. The research method in this scientific paper is to use descriptive research methods, the subject of this study is one patient with Ca Colon with wound care management. Wound management carried out according to procedures plays an important role in the process of preventing infection and the process of wound healing, especially in cases of colon cancer. Evaluation obtained by the author regarding wound care and leukocyte levels before the action was carried out there were no wounds and leukocytes 13780 mg/dl while after being given wound care the wound did not appear reddish, there were no signs of infection and leukocytes 10,500 mg/dl.
