Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Theresia Rismaylani Pratama Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Tetes Mata Bunga Kitolod Pada Keluarga Tn. A Khususnya Ny. S Dengan Konjungtivitis Di Swasembada Timur RT.05/RW06 Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang Konjungtivitis adalah peradangan pada konjungtiva yang dapat disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme (virus, bakteri, jamur), alergi, dan iritasi terhadap bahan kimia. Konjungtivitis bervariasi dari kondisi mata hingga hiperemia ringan dan mata berair hingga parah dengan banyak sekret purulen yang kental sehingga menyebabkan iritasi mata yaitu gatal, kemerahan dan berair berlebihan yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan penglihatan. Untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan iritasi mata pada pasien konjungtivitis digunakan obat tetes mata bunga kitolod. Tujuannya untuk menghambat pertumbuhan virus atau bakteri serta mengurangi rasa gatal, kemerahan dan berair pada mata penderita konjungtivitis. Metode Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek studi kasus ini adalah keluarga dengan konjungtivitis di keluarga Anda. Seorang Ibu khususnya. S dengan aplikasi terapi tetes mata bunga kitolod sebanyak lima kali. Hasil Studi kasus menemukan bahwa keluarga memberikan respon positif dengan berkurangnya iritasi mata yang dibuktikan dengan berkurangnya rasa gatal, kemerahan, mata berair dan pasien tampak rileks. Kesimpulan Obat tetes mata bunga kitolod untuk menghambat pertumbuhan virus atau bakteri serta mengurangi rasa gatal, kemerahan dan berair pada mata penderita konjungtivitis. S With Conjuctivitis In East Swasembada RT.05/RW.06 Tanjung Priok District North Jakarta in 2023 Background Conjunctivitis is inflammation of the conjunctiva which can be caused by microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, fungi), allergies, and irritation to chemicals. Conjunctivitis varies from eye conditions to mild hyperemia and watery eyes to severe with lots of thick purulent secretions, causing eye irritation, namely itching, redness and excessive watering which can cause visual disturbances. To overcome the nursing problem of eye irritation in conjunctivitis patients, kitolod flower eye drops are used. The aim is to inhibit the growth of viruses or bacteria and reduce itching, redness and watering in the eyes of conjunctivitis patients. Methods The method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The subject of this case study is a family with conjunctivitis in your family. A especially Mother. S with the application of kitolod flower eye drop therapy five times. Result Case studies found that the family gave a positive response with reduced eye irritation as evidenced by reduced itching, redness, watery eyes and the patient looked relaxed. Conclusion Kitolod flower eye drops to inhibit the growth of viruses or bacteria and reduce itching, redness and watering in the eyes of conjunctivitis patients.
