Abstract

Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Teknik Relaksasi Afirmatif Terhadap Tn. A Dengan Ca Kolorektal Dalam Upaya Mengatasi Nyeri Di Ruang Perawatan Lantai 5 Pav. Eri Soedewo Rspad Gatot Soebroto Risiko kematian untuk kanker kolorektal di wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengalami peningkatan seiring bertambahnya usia. Secara keseluruhan ditemukan 90% dari kasus baru dan 94% kematian terjadi pada individu 50 tahun lebih. Sebanyak 90% dari penderita kanker yang sebelumnya dilakukan operasi mengalami perasaan nyeri, penulis memiliki tujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas teknik relaksasi afirmatif untuk mengurangi perasaan nyeri yang dialami klien. Jenis studi kasus yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang mengeksplorasi suatu masalah keperawatan pada klien yang mengalami perasaan nyeri akibat post operasi laparatomi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto lantai 5 Paviliun Eri Soedewo. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Manajemen nyeri salah satunya menggunakan teknik relaksasi afirmatif dinilai memiliki pengaruh untuk menurunkan skala nyeri yang dirasakan seorang klien, dengan melakukan manajemen nyeri maka skala nyeri turun dari skala 3 menjadi skala 2. Meskipun skala nyeri hanya menurun sedikit, tetapi manajemen nyeri merupakan teknik nonfarmakologis yang memiliki pengaruh untuk mengurangi perasaan nyeri yang dialami klien. Manajemen nyeri dinilai mampu mengurangi perasaan nyeri yang dialami klien. Oleh karena itu, manajemen nyeri harus diterapkan terhadap pasien yang mengalami permasalahan tersebut, khususnya pasien yang telah melakukan tindakan operasi. As many as 90% of cancer patients who have previously had surgery experience feelings of pain, the authors aim to determine the effectiveness of affirmative relaxation techniques to reduce feelings of pain experienced by clients. The type of case study used in this study is descriptive qualitative in the form of a case study that explores a problem nursing for clients who experience feelings of pain due to postoperative laparotomy at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, 5th floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion. The approach used is the nursing process approach including nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. Pain management, one of which uses affirmative relaxation techniques, is considered to have an influence on reducing the pain scale felt by a client, by doing pain management, the pain scale drops from scale 3 to scale 2. Even though the pain scale only decreases slightly, pain management is a nonpharmacological technique that has influence to reduce the feeling of pain experienced by the client. Pain management is considered capable of reducing the feeling of pain experienced by clients. Therefore, pain management must be applied to patients who experience these problems, especially patients who have had surgery. Keywords: Colorectal cancer, Pain, affirmative relaxation
