Abstract

Penerapan Fisioterapi Dada dan Batuk Efektif Pada Keluarga TN. C Khususnya AN. N Dengan Tuberculosis Paru Di RT 007/RW 13 Kelurahan Kebalen Kecamatan Babelan Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang Tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycrobacterium tuberculosis yang menginfeksi secara progresif menyerang paru – paru. Tuberculosis paru terjadinya penumpukan atau akumulasi secret pada bagian saluran pernapasan bagian atas, menyebabkan terjadinya reaksi inflamasi yaitu produksi secret yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan gangguan pernapasan. Untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien Tuberculosis Paru adalah fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif pada pasien Tuberculosis Paru. Metode Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek dalam studi kasus ini adalah satu keluarga binaan dengan masalah Tuberculosis Paru di keluarga TN. C khususnya AN. N dengan penerapan fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif sebanyak lima kali. Hasil Studi kasus didapatkan keluarga memberikan respon positif dengan adanya secret yang keluar dan suara napas tidak ada ronkhi yang dibuktikan dengan rentang RR 23x/menit dan pasien terlihat rileks. Kesimpulan Fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif untuk mengeluarkan secret pada pasien Tuberculosis Paru. Kata Kunci : Tuberculosis Paru, fisioterapi dada dan batuk efektif. N With Pulmonary Tuberculosis in RT 007/RW 13 Kebalen Village, Babelan Distric in 2023 Background Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycrobacterium tuberculosis that progressively infects the lungs. Pulmonary tuberculosis is the buildup or accumulation of secret in the upper respiratory tract, causing an inflammatory reaction, namely excessive secret production which can cause respiratory distress. To overcome the nursing problem of ineffective airway clearance in Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients is chest physiotheraphy and effective coughing. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the application of chest physiotheraphy and effective coughing in Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. Methods The method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The subject in this case study is a family with Pulmonary Tuberculosis problem in the TN family. C’ family especially AN. N with the application of chest physioteraphy and effective coughing five times. Result The case study found that the family gave a positive response with the secret coming out and there was no ronkhi breath sound as evidenced by the RR range of 23x/min and the patient looked relaxed. Conclusion Chest physiotheraphy and caoughing are effective for removing secret in Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. Keywords : Pulmonary Tuberculosis, chest physiotheraphy and effective coughing.
