Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Santi Aulia Octavia Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Musik Pada Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Bapak. S Khususnya Ibu. O Dengan Hipertensi Di RT 002/006 Desa Sukamakmur Kecamatan Sukakarya Kab. Bekasi Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang Asuhan keperawatan keluarga di kerjakan melalui praktik keperawatan. Salah satu sasaran asuhan keperawatan keluarga adalah keluarga yang mengalami penyakit tidak menular di antaranya keluarga dengan penderita hipertensi. Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan di mana seseorang mengalami tekanan darah tinggi melebihi batas normal yaitu 140/90 mmHg secara terus-menerus. Salah satu pengobatan non farmakologi untuk menurukan tekanan darah tinggi yaitu terapi komplementer terapi musik. Penulis menggunakan desain studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada penderita hipertensi. Pada saat dilakukan pengkajian penulis menemukan diagnosa keperawatan ketidakefektifan manajemen kesehatan keluarga. Dimana penulis memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada penderita hipertensi sebelum dilakukan terapi komplementer terapi musik. Setelah di berikan intervensi terapi komplementer terapi musik selanjutnya di lakukan pengecekan tekanan darah kembali. Subjek pada studi kasus ini adalah salah satu keluarga yang memiliki masalah hipertensi. Pada saat di lakukan pengeceka awal tekanan darah yaitu 165/100 mmHg dan setelah dilakukan terapi komplementer terapi musik dalam waktu 7 hari yaitu dengan hasil 130/70 mmHg. Metode Metode yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek dalam studi kasus ini adalah satu keluarga binaan dengan masalah hipertensi di keluarga Bpk. S khususnya Ibu. O dengan perarapan terapi musik sebanyak tujuh kali. Hasil Studi kasus di dapatkan pasien memberikan respon positif dengan rata-rata rentang tekanan darah sebelum dilakukan terapi komplementer terapi musik di dapatkan hasil 165/100 mmHg setelah dilakukan terapi komplementer terapi musik di dapatkan hasil 130/70 mmHg dan pasien mengatakan merasakan lebih rileks. Kesimpulan Terapi msuik efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. One of the non-pharmacological treatments to reduce high blood pressure is complementary therapy to music therapy. The author uses a case study design that is descriptive in nature with a process approach to family nursing care in patients with hypertension. At the time of the study, the authors found a nursing diagnosis of ineffective family health management. Where the author provides an overview of nursing care in hypertensive patients prior to complementary therapy to music therapy. After being given complementary therapy interventions to music therapy, blood pressure is checked again. The subject in this case study is one of the families who have hypertension problems. At the time of the initial blood pressure check, it was 165/100 mmHg and after complementary music therapy was carried out within 7 days, the result was 130/70 mmHg.
