Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Tiara Astrin Novianti Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Efektivitas Terapi Musik Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Nyeri Pada Ny. S Dengan Septum Deviasi Post Op Septoplasty Di Ruang Perawatan Paviliun Darmawan Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Latar Belakang : Nyeri merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada pasien post op septoplasty, terapi musik merupakan salah satu program terapi yang bermanfaat untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi musik terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post op septoplasty. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi musik pada klien dengan septum deviasi post op septoplasty di Ruang Perawatan Paviliun Darmawan Lantai 5 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus intervensi pre dan post pada pasien post op septoplasty, terapi musik diberikan selama 15 menit dalam 3 kali pertemuan. Hasil Penelitian : Terdapat penurunan tingkat nyeri dari skala 5 (nyeri sedang) menjadi skala nyeri 2 (nyeri ringan) setelah diberikan terapi musik. Kesimpulan : Terapi musik dapat menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada klien post op septoplasty di Ruang Perawatan Paviliun Darmawan Lantai 5 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kata Kunci : Septum Deviasi, Nyeri, Terapi Musik. ABSTRACT Background : Pain is one of the problems that occurs in postoperative septoplasty patients, music therapy is one of the therapy programs that is useful for reducing pain levels. This writing aims to determine the effectiveness of music therapy in reducing pain levels in postoperative septoplasty patients. The purpose of this case study is to describe the effectiveness of music therapy for clients with septal deviation after septoplasty surgery in the Darmawan Pavilion Treatment Room, 5th Floor, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Methods : This study uses a case study of pre and post-intervention in postoperative septoplasty patients, music therapy is given for 15 minutes in 3 meetings. Results : There is a decrease in pain levels from a scale of 5 (moderate pain) to a pain scale of 2 (mild pain) after being given music therapy. Conclusion : Music therapy can reduce pain levels in postoperative septoplasty clients in the Darmawan Pavilion Treatment Room, 5th Floor, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital.
