Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Vadya Kusuma Fadhilah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Komplementer Kompres Air Hangat Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Keluarga Bpk. G Khususnya Ibu. D Dengan Gastritis Di Rt 05/19 Kel. Sukatani Kec. Tapos Kota Depok Tahun 2023 Latar Belakang Asuhan keperawatan keluarga dikerjakan melalui praktik keperawatan. Salah satu sasaran asuhan keperawatan keluarga adalah keluarga yang mengalami penyakit tidak menular diantaranya keluarga dengan gastritis. Gastritis merupakan gangguan kesehatan terkait proses pencernaan terutama lambung. Salah satu pengobatan non farmakologi yaitu terapi komplementer kompres air hangat terhadap penurunan nyeri gastritis. Pada saat pengkajian penulis menemukan diagnosa keperawatan ketidakefektifan manajemen kesehatan keluarga. Dimana penulis memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien gastritis sebelum dilakukan terapi komplementer kompres air hangat. Setelah diberikan intervensi kompres air hangat dilakukan pengukuran skala nyeri. Saat dilakukan pengukuran awal skala nyeri 6 dan setelah dilakukan terapi komplementer kompres air hangat dalam waktu 5 hari yaitu dari tanggal 6-10 Juni 2023 dilakukan sehari 1 kali didapatkan penurunan skala nyeri 4 Metode Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Subyek pada studi kasus ini adalah salah satu keluarga binaan dengan masalah gastritis Hasil Studi kasus didapatkan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil skala nyeri pada klien menurun, skala nyeri sebelum dilakukan 6 dan sesudah dilakukan menjadi 4 Kesimpulan Penerapan terapi komplementer kompres air hangat untuk menurunkan nyeri pada gastritis Kata kunci : Gastritis, nyeri, terapi komplementer kompres air hangat x ABSTRACT Name : Vadya Kusuma Fadhilah Study Program : D3 Nursing Title : Application of Complementary Therapy for Warm Water Compresses in the Family of Mr. G with Gastritis on Rt 05/19 Sukatani Village, Tapos District, Depok City in 2023 Background Family nursing care is done through nursing practice.
