Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Ardelia Pratiwi Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Pengaruh Edukasi Video Animasi Mitigasi Bencana Pada Akseptor KB (Duminator) Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan di Posyandu Mawar Putih Jakarta Timur Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang Kesehatan reproduksi seringkali diabaikan dalam situasi bencana serta kurangnya informasi penggunaan KB pada situasi bencana menyebabkan masih tingginya kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan sehingga diperlukan penggunaan media edukasi video animasi untuk menambah pengetahuan akseptor KB. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Edukasi Video Animasi Mitigasi Bencana Pada Akseptor KB (Duminator) Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan di Posyandu Mawar Putih Jakarta Timur Tahun 2024. Metode Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode quasi experimental menggunakan desain penelitian non randomized pre test and post test control group. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dimana 25 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan 25 responden untuk kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner berjumlah 15 soal pernyataan tertutup yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Rank Test untuk kelompok intervensi dan uji dependent T test untuk kelompok kontrol serta uji dependent T test untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan video animasi pada tingkat pengetahuan akseptor KB. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga menunjukan adanya pengaruh penggunaan video animasi duminator mitigasi bencana terhadap pengetahuan akseptor KB di Posyandu Mawar Putih Jakarta Timur. Kesimpulan Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan akseptor KB mengenai mitigasi bencana dan cara mengakses layanan kontrasepsi pada situasi bencana. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Disaster Mitigation Animation Video Education on Family Planning Acceptors (Duminator) on the Level of Knowledge at the Mawar Putih Posyandu East Jakarta in 2024. Method This research is included in the type of quantitative research, with a quasi�experimental method using a non-randomized pre-test and post test control group research design. The sampling technique used was a total sampling with a sample of 50 respondents, of which 25 respondents were for the intervention group and 25 respondents were for the control group. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire totaling 15 closed statement questions that had been declared valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Rank Test for the intervention group and the dependent T test for the control group and the dependent T test to see the effect of the use of animated videos on the level of knowledge of family planning acceptors. Results The results of the study showed that the p was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating the influence of the use of disaster mitigation animation videos on the knowledge of family planning acceptors at the Mawar Putih Posyandu, East Jakarta. Conclusion Therefore, it can be concluded that animated video media can increase the knowledge of family planning acceptors about disaster mitigation and how to access contraceptive services in disaster situations.
