Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Humaidah Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Hubungan Dukungan Sosial dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Nifas Pada Area Rawan Banjir di TPMB Bening Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang Ibu nifas sering mengalami kecemasan yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan orang terdekat berperan penting dalam mengurangi kecemasan, terutama bagi ibu yang tinggal di area rawan banjir. Kondisi rawan banjir dapat memperparah psikologis ibu nifas akibat dampak lingkungan dan keterbatasan perawatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas pada area rawan banjir di TPMB Bening Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi tahun 2024. Metode Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah populasi penelitian 43 ibu nifas menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan jumlah sampel 39 ibu nifas dengan rumus slovin. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dukungan sosial dan tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas pada area rawan banjir. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil Dukungan sosial ibu nifas pada area rawan banjir di TPMB Bening Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi Tahun 2024 mayoritas kategori tinggi sebanyak 29 orang (74,4%) dan tingkat kecemasan kategori ringan 16 orang (41,0%). Hasil koefisien korelasi 0,464 yang berarti terdapat tingkat kekuatan hubungan yang sedang antara dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas pada area rawan banjir di TPMB Bening Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi tahun 2024. Kesimpulan Ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu nifas pada area rawan banjir di TPMB Bening Rawalumbu Kota Bekasi Tahun 2024 sebanyak mengalami dukungan sosial tinggi dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan sebanyak 13 orang (33,33%) mendominasi data responden didapatkan nilai P value sebesar 0,003. Social support from family, friends and loved ones plays an important role in reducing anxiety, especially for mothers who live in flood-prone areas. Flood-prone conditions can aggravate the psychology of postpartum women due to environmental impacts and limited care. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between social support and the anxiety level of postpartum mothers in flood-prone areas in TPMB Bening Rawalumbu, Bekasi City in 2024. Method This research method used a descriptive analytic cross-sectional approach. The study population was 43 postpartum women using purposive sampling technique, obtaining a sample size of 39 postpartum women using the Slovin formula. The study used a questionnaire of social support and anxiety levels of postpartum women in flood-prone areas. Data analysis was performed to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables using the spearman rank test. Results The social support of postpartum mothers in flood-prone areas in TPMB Bening Rawalumbu, Bekasi City in 2024, the majority of 29 people (74.4%) were in the high category and the anxiety level was in the mild category of 16 people (41.0%). The result of the correlation coefficient is 0.464, which means that there is a moderate level of relationship strength between social support and the anxiety level of postpartum women in flood-prone areas at TPMB Bening Rawalumbu, Bekasi City in 2024. Conclusion There is a relationship between social support and the anxiety level of postpartum women in flood-prone areas in TPMB Bening Rawalumbu, Bekasi City in 2024, as many as 13 people (33.33%) experienced high social support with mild anxiety levels, dominating the respondent data, with a P value of 0.003.
