Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Habibah Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Hubungan Pemberian Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap Dengan Status Gizi Pada Bayi Usia 10-12 Bulan Di Puskesmas Cengkareng Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang Imunisasi dasar lengkap merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam pencegahan penyakit pada bayi. Namun, masih terdapat kasus gizi kurang yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dan kejadian gizi kurang pada bayi usia 10-12 bulan di Puskesmas Cengkareng. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan survei analitik cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Cengkareng pada bulan November hingga Desember 2024. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan nilai significancy p 0.000. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut karena nilai p < 0,004 yang berarti Ha diterima maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa adanya hubungan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan kejadian gizi kurang pada anak usia 9-12 bulan di Puskesmas Cengkareng Tahun 2024. Kesimpulan Pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap berpengaruh positif terhadap status gizi bayi usia 9-12 bulan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi orang tua dan tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya imunisasi untuk mencegah masalah gizi pada anak. However, there are still cases of malnutrition that can affect children's health. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the administration of complete basic immunization and the incidence of malnutrition in infants aged 10-12 months at the Cengkareng Health Center. Method This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional analytical survey design. The research was carried out at the Cengkareng Health Center from November to December 2024. Result Based on the results of bivariate analysis using the chi square test, a significance value of p 0.000 was obtained. Based on this value, because the p value < 0.004 which means Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the administration of complete basic immunization and the incidence of malnutrition in children aged 9-12 months at the Cengkareng Health Center in 2024. Conclusion The administration of complete basic immunization has a positive effect on the nutritional status of infants aged 9-12 months. Therefore, it is important for parents and health workers to increase awareness of the importance of immunization to prevent nutritional problems in children.
