Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Kinanti Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Hubungan Umur Kehamilan dan Riwayat Hipertensi dengan Kejadian Preeklampsia di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang Preeklampsia dapat menyebabkan banyak masalah kesehatan selama masa kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas termasuk risiko kematian ibu dan janin yang dilahirkan. Ibu hamil yang tidak menyadari bahwa mereka mengalami preeklampsia selama kehamilannya sangat berisiko terhadap ibu serta janinnya. Diagnosis preeklampsia ditegakkan berdasarkan adanya hiptertensi (tekanan darah ≥ 140/90 mmHg) spesifik yang disebabkan kehamilan disertai dengan gangguan sistem organ lainnya pada usia kehamilan diatas 20 minggu. Metode Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yang tercatat di rekam medik RSPAD Gatot Soebroto lantai 1 PIS bulan Januari 2024 sampai September 2024 dengan jumlah 309 responden. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 34 Responden. Sampel di ambil data dengan mengunakan purposive sampling dianalisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rank. Analisis yang digunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Waktu penelitian dilakukan bulan November Tahun 2024. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rank menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia kehamilan dan riwayat hipertensi dengan kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto tahun 2024. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan antara variabel umur kehamilan (p-value 0,013), dan riwayat hipertensi (p-value 0,006) dengan kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Tahun 2024. Pregnant women who are unaware that they have preeclampsia during their pregnancy are at high risk for the mother and fetus. The diagnosis of preeclampsia is based on the presence of hypertension (blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg) specific to pregnancy accompanied by disorders of other organ systems at a gestational age of more than 20 weeks. Methods This study is quantitative using analytical observation methods with a cross�sectional approach. The population of this study was all pregnant women recorded in the medical records of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, 1st floor PIS from January 2024 to September 2024 with a total of 309 respondents. The sample of this study was 34 respondents. The sample data was taken using purposive sampling, the data was analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The time of the study was conducted in November 2024. Results Based on the results of Spearman Rank test, it shows that there is a significant relationship between gestational age and history of hypertension with the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto in 2024. Conclusion There is a relationship between the variables of gestational age (p-value 0,013), and history of hypertension (p-value 0,006) with the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto in 2024.
