Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Siti Solekah Program Studi : S1 Kebidanan Judul : Hubungan Dukungan Suami Dengan Kesejahteraan Hidup Ibu Nifas Di Puskesmas Cipondoh Kota Tangerang Tahun 2024 Latar Belakang : Masa nifas merupakan periode penting yang berisiko terhadap komplikasi yang dapat meningkatkan angka kematian ibu (AKI). Komplikasi umum seperti perdarahan postpartum, infeksi nifas, dan gangguan psikologis dapat berdampak buruk pada kesejahteraan ibu nifas. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan ibu adalah dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan kesejahteraan ibu nifas di puskesmas cipondoh Kota Tangerang Tahun 2024. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross�sectional. Sampel pada penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas yang yang masuk kedalam catatan registrasi dan berkunjung ke puskesmas cipondoh pada bulan November hingga bulan Desember yaitu sebanyak 35 ibu nifas. Hasil : hasil uji fisher exact tes menunjukkan hasil P-Value 0,003 < 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak maka adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan kesejahteraan hidup ibu nifas. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan dari dukungan suami dengan Kesejahteraan hidup ibu nifas di puskesmas cipondoh kota Tangerang tahun 2024 Saran : Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan tentang hubungan dukungan suami dengan kesejahteraan hidup ibu nifas, yang bermanfaat untuk pengembangan penelitian Kata Kunci : Dukungan suami, Kesejahteraan hidup, Ibu Nifas x ABSTRACT Name : Siti Solekah Study Program : Bachelor of degree in midwifery Title : The Relationship between Husband's Support and the Welfare of Postpartum Mothers at the Cipondoh Community Health Center, Tangerang City in 2024 Introduction : The postpartum period is an important period that is at risk of complications that can increase maternal mortality (MMR). Common complications such as postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum infections, and psychological disorders can have a negative impact on the well-being of postpartum mothers. One important factor that influences a mother's well-being is her husband's support. This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support and the welfare of postpartum mothers at the Cipondoh Health Center, Tangerang City in 2024. Method: This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample in the study was all postpartum mothers who entered the registration records and visited the Cipondoh health center from November to December, namely 35 postpartum mothers. Results: Fisher exact test results show a P-Value of 0.003 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so there is a significant relationship between husband's support and the well-being of postpartum mothers. Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between husband's support and the well-being of postpartum mothers at the Cipondoh Community Health Center, Tangerang City in 202. Suggestion: It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference to increase knowledge about the relationship between husband's support and the welfare of postpartum mothers, which is useful for research development.
