Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama Program Studi Judul : Shifa Herliana Lusihono : Sarjana Keperawatan : Hubungan Peningkatan Tekanan Darah Dengan Pola Makan Pada Lansia Penderita Hipertensi Di Poli Penyakit Dalam RSUDKoja Di Tahun 2024 Latar belakang : penelitian ini menjelaskan pola makan merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan hipertensi dapat meningkat, memperhatikan gaya hidup sehat untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan : penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan pola makan dengan lansia hipertensi di poli penyakit dalam RSUD Koja. Metode penelitian : menggunakan cross sectional Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling teknik pengambilan sampel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 orang. Analisis data : menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil : menunjukkan sebanyak 16 responden (18,2%) mengalami pola makan baik dan yang mengalami pola makan tidak baik sebanyak 72 responden (81,8%). pengukuran tekanan darah lebih banyak yang menderita hipertensi derajat 2 sebanyak 48 responden (54,5%), disusul dengan responden yang menderita hipertensi derajat 1 sebanyak 40 responden (45,5%). berdasarkan menggunakan SPSS nilai signifikan yaitu p value a <0,05 = 0,039 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola makan dengan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi di poli penyakit dalam RSUD Koja tahun 2024. Saran : diharapkan penelitian ini berguna untuk menjadi referensi kepada penderita hipertensi agar menjadi pengingat pentingnya mengatur pola makan agar menjadi lebih baik. The aim of this research: was to find out whether there was a relationship between diet and hypertension in the elderly in the internal medicine clinic at Koja District Hospital. Research methods : used cross sectional. Sample were taken using purposive sampling, a sampling technique according to inclusion and exclusion criteria with a total sample of 88 people. Data analysis : using the Chi-square test. The results showed that 16 respondents (18.2%) experience good eating patterns and 72 respondents (81.8%) experienced bad eating patterns, with the results of blood pressure measurements being more likely to suffer from grade 2 hypertension, 48 respondents (54.5%), followed by 40 respondents (45.5%) who suffered from grade 1 hypertensin. Based on using SPSS, the significant value is p value a <0.05 = 0.039, which means there is a significant relationship between diet and blood pressure on elderly peope with hypertension in the internal medicine clinic at Koja Regional Hospital in 2024. Suggestion : it is hoped that this research will be useful as a reference for hypertention sufferers so that it can serve as a reminder of the importance of managing your diet to make it better.
