Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Detha Sefhira Putri Meilandha Program Studi : S1 Keperawatan Judul : Hubungan Pengetahuan Vulva Hygiene, Stress, dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kejadian Fluor Albus Pada Siswi Kelas 12 di SMKN 35 Jakarta Barat. Latar Belakang: Masa remaja merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan individu, yang ditandai dengan perubahan fisik dan psikologis, termasuk perubahan pada sistem reproduksi. Salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang sering terjadi pada remaja putri adalah fluor albus, yang dapat disebabkan oleh infeksi, kebiasaan buruk dalam menjaga kebersihan organ genitalia (vulva hygiene), serta faktor psikologis seperti stres. Fluor albus, meskipun tergolong masalah kesehatan ringan, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat mengarah pada komplikasi serius seperti kemandulan, kehamilan ektopik, atau bahkan kanker leher rahim. Tujuan: Dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan vulva hygiene, stress, dan dukungan keluarga dengan kejadian fluor albus pada siswi kelas 12 di SMKN 35 Jakarta Barat. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Hasil penelitian: Sebagian besar siswi memiliki pengetahuan vulva hygiene baik 63 responden, tidak stres 50 responden, dan mendapat dukungan keluarga tinggi 50 responden. Uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan vulva hygiene, stres, dan dukungan keluarga dengan kejadian fluor albus (0,000 < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan vulva hygiene, stres, dan dukungan keluarga dengan kejadian fluor albus pada siswi kelas 12 di SMKN 35 Jakarta Barat. Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi, manajemen stres, dan dukungan keluarga perlu diperkuat untuk pencegahan. Sekolah dan tenaga kesehatan berperan dalam penyuluhan dan konseling. Hambatan penelitian termasuk keterbatasan kuota internet responden, yang diatasi dengan bantuan dari peneliti. Rekomendasi: Perlu dilakukan program edukasi tentang vulva hygiene, manajemen stres, dan dukungan keluarga untuk agar menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kesehatan fisik dan mental remaja putri. Sekolah dan layanan kesehatan perlu meningkatkan akses informasi dan perawatan reproduksi, dengan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan efektivitas program. Introduction: Adolescence is an important period in individual development, which is characterized by physical and psychological changes, including changes in the reproductive system. One of the reproductive health problems that often occurs in young women is fluor albus, which can be caused by infection, bad habits in maintaining the cleanliness of the genital organs (vulva hygiene), as well as psychological factors such as stress. Fluor albus, even though it is considered a minor health problem, if not treated properly can lead to serious complications such as infertility, ectopic pregnancy, or even cervical cancer. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge of vulva hygiene, stress and family support with the incidence of fluor albus in grade 12 female students at SMKN 35 West Jakarta. The research design: Quantitative with a cross-sectional research design with a sample size of 88 respondents. Result: Most of the female students had good knowledge of vulva hygiene, 63 respondents, were not stressed, 50 respondents, and had high family support, 50 respondents. Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between knowledge of vulva hygiene, stress, and family support and the incidence of fluor albus (0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: This study found a significant relationship between knowledge of vulva hygiene, stress, and family support and the incidence of fluor albus in grade 12 female students at SMKN 35 West Jakarta. Reproductive health education, stress management and family support need to be strengthened for prevention. Schools and health workers play a role in education and counseling. Barriers to research included respondents' limited internet quota, which was overcome with assistance from researchers. Recommendations: It is necessary to carry out educational programs about vulva hygiene, stress management, and family support to create an environment that supports the physical and mental health of young women. Schools and health services need to improve access to reproductive information and care, with regular evaluations to ensure program effectiveness.
