Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Chaumeniana Evrielliani Program Studi : Sarjana Keperawatan Judul : Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Stres Kerja Perawat Di Ruang IGD RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Instalasi Gawat Darurat merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam rumah sakit yang bertugas memberikan penanganan awal bagi pasien dengan kondisi darurat. Kedatangan pasien yang seringkali bersamaan membuat jumlah perawat tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pasien yang ada, hal ini dapat menyebabkan stressor kepada perawat. Stres yang tidak dapat dikelola dengan baik dapat mengakibatkan seseorang kesulitan dalam berinteraksi secara positif, baik ditempat kerja maupun diluar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat di ruang IGD RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh perawat di IGD dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 52 perawat pelaksana. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar kuesioner untuk mengukur beban kerja dan stres kerja, dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis univariat diketahui responden yang mengalami beban kerja kategori berat sebanyak 30 perawat (57,7%), dan responden yang mengalami stres kerja kategori sedang sebanyak 28 perawat (53,8%). Hasil analisis bivariat diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,000 dan Corrrelation Coefficient = 0.934 sehingga dikatakan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat IGD RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin berat beban kerja yang ditanggung semakin tinggi pula tingkat stres yang dialami perawat. The arrival of patients who often coincide makes the number of nurses not proportional to the number of patients available, this can cause stressors to nurses. Stress that cannot be managed properly can cause a person difficulty in interacting positively, both at work and outside. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work stress of nurses in the emergency room of Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. This type of research uses a correlation analytic method with a cross-sectioal approach. The population was all nurses in the emergency room with a total sampling technique of 52 executive nurses. Data collection tools using questionnaire sheets to measure workload and work stress , analysed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 30 nurses (57.7%) experienced heavy category workload, and 28 nurses (53.8%) experienced moderate category work stress. The results of bivariate analysis obtained a p-value = 0.000 an correlation coefficient = 0.934 so that it is said that there is a strong relationship between workload an work stress in emergency room nurses at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Conclusion Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the heavier the workload borne, the higher the level of stress experienced by nurses.
