Abstract

Judul : Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Dan Kesiapan Penyesuaian Sebagai Orang Tua Dengan Kejadian Postpartum Blues Di Puskesmas Senen Jakarta Pusat Postpartum Blues merupakan fenomena yang sering kali tidak di sadari oleh ibu maupun keluarga, berupa gangguan mood sementara yang mempengaruhi 30-75% wanita setelah melahirkan, yang biasanya terjadi dalam waktu 4 sampai 5 hari setelah melahirkan dan umumnya pulih tanpa perawatan khusus. meskipun sifatnya sementara, kondisi ini menjadi tantangan untuk ibu, karena ibu akan menghadapi rasa cemas karena tuntutan menyesuaikan diri dengan peran barunya sebagai orang tua. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan kesiapan penyesuian sebagai orang tua dengan kejadian Postpartum Blues di Puskesmas Senen Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebanyak 52 ibu nifas dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menggunakan spss dengan uji Chi-Squre menujukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu nifas dengan kejadian Postpartum Blues (p-value 0,710). Namun, kesiapan penyesuaian orang tua memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian Postpartum Blues (p-value 0,023). Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan program pencegahan Postpartum Blues melalui peningkatan kesiapan ibu dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan peran barunya, dengan menekankan pentingnya melakukan pelatihan kesiapan dan strategi dampak Postpartum Blues. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor lainya, seperti dukungan sosial. Kata Kunci : Kesiapan penyesuaian, Postpartum Blues, Tingkat Pengetahuan. Title : The Relationship between the Level of Knowledge of Postpartum Mothers and Readiness to Adjust as Parents with the Incident of Postpartum Blues at the Senen Community Health Center, Central Jakarta Postpartum Blues is a phenomenon that is often not realized by mothers and families, in the form of a temporary mood disorder that affects 30-75% of women after giving birth, which usually occurs within 4 to 5 days after giving birth and generally recovers without special treatment. Even though it is temporary, this condition is a challenge for the mother, because the mother will face anxiety due to the demands of adjusting to her new role as a parent. This study aims to analyze the mother's level of knowledge and readiness to adjust as a parent to the incidence of Postpartum Blues at the Senen Community Health Center, Central Jakarta. This research uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. A total of 52 postpartum mothers were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis using SPSS with the chi squre test show that there is no significant relationship between the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers and the incidence of Postpartum Blues (p-value 0.710). However, parental adjustment readiness has a significant relationship with the incidence of Postpartum Blues (p-value : 0,023). This research emphasizes the importance of developing Postpartum Blues prevention programs by increasing mothers' readiness in adapting to their new role by emphasizing the importance of conducting readiness training and Postpartum Blues impact strategies.
