Abstract

Judul : Hubungan Sleep Hygiene Terhadap Kualitas Tidur Pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dengan Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Post Kemoterapi Di RSAB Harapan Kita Gangguan tidur sering dikeluhkan oleh anak post kemoterapi karena ada peningkatan rasa khawatir dan cemas tentang prosedur dan efek samping pengobatan yang dapat membentuk pengalaman tidur yang buruk pada anak. Meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada anak yang menjalani kemoterapi sangat penting untuk mendukung proses pemulihan mereka karena gangguan tidur tidak hanya mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik tetapi juga psikologis anak. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada anak adalah dengan sleep hygiene. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan sleep hygiene terhadap kualitas tidur pada anak usia sekolah dengan acute lymphoblastic leukemia post kemoterapi di RSAB Harapan Kita. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan corelational/studi korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden 37 anak usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) dengan acute lymphoblastic leukemia yang menjalani program kemoterapi di RSAB Harapan Kita. Data Analisa dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengalami sleep hygiene sedang sebanyak 15 responden (40,6%) dan kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 20 responden (54,1%). Hasil analisis uji chi square didapatkan nilai p-value 0,008<0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara sleep hygiene terhadap kualitas tidur pada anak usia sekolah dengan acute lymphoblastic leukemia post kemoterapi di RSAB Harapan Kita. Improving the quality of sleep in children undergoing chemotherapy is very important to support their recovery process because sleep disturbances not only affect the child's physical health but also their psychological well-being. One way to improve the quality of sleep in children is through sleep hygiene. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in school-aged children with post-chemotherapy acute lymphoblastic leukemia at RSAB Harapan Kita. The research design uses quantitative research with correlational/correlation studies using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique with the number of respondents being 37 school age children (6-12 years) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were undergoing a chemotherapy program at RSAB Harapan Kita. Data analysis using Chi Square Test. Results showed that the majority of respondents experienced moderate sleep hygiene with 15 respondents (40.6%) and poor sleep quality with 20 respondents (54.1%). The results of the chi-square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.008<0.05, indicating there was a relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in school-aged children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia post-chemotherapy at RSAB Harapan Kita.
