Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Arini Shulkha Lestari Program Studi : S1 Keperawatan Judul : Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Harga Diri pada Siswa SMA 1 Barunawati Jakarta Barat Remaja berada pada fase perkembangan yang rentan terhadap perubahan psikososial sehingga membutuhkan dukungan keluarga untuk menjaga kesejahteraan mental, termasuk harga diri. Dukungan keluarga yang mencakup dukungan emosional, informatif, instrumental, dan penghargaan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi diri remaja. Harga diri sendiri merupakan evaluasi individu terhadap nilai dan keberhargaan diri. Rendahnya dukungan keluarga dapat berdampak pada munculnya kecemasan, stres, dan penilaian diri negatif. Penelitian ini tergolong studi kuantitatif melalui desainnya cross-sectional. Sampelnya sejumlag 51 siswa kelas XI yang dipilih mempergunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian mempergunakan kuesioner dukungan keluarga (Fatmawati, 2016; Aida, 2021) dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. Mayoritas respondennya memiliki dukungan keluarga tinggi (58,8%) dan harga diri tinggi (86,3%). Perolehan pengujian korelasi Spearman memperlihatkan terdapatnya hubungan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan harga diri (r = 0,456; p = 0,001). Terdapat hubungan positif dengan kekuatan sedang antara dukungan keluarga dan harga diri, sehingga makin tinggi dukungan keluarga, makin tinggi harga diri siswa. Kata kunci: Dukungan keluarga, Harga diri x ABSTRACT Name : Arini Shulkha Lestari Study Program : S1 Keperawatan Research Title : The Relationship between Family Support and Self-Esteem in Students of SMA 1 Barunawati West Jakarta Adolescents are in a developmental phase that is vulnerable to psychosocial changes and therefore needs family support to maintain mental well-being, including self-esteem. Family support, which includes emotional, informative, instrumental, and reward support, plays an important role in shaping adolescents' self-perception. Self-esteem is an individual's evaluation of self-worth and worth. Low family support can have an impact on the emergence of anxiety, stress, and negative self-esteem. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sample amounted to 51 grade XI students who were selected using total sampling. The research instrument used family support questionnaires (Fatmawati, 2016; Aida, 2021) and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The majority of respondents had high family support (58.8%) and high self-esteem (86.3%). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed a significant relationship between family support and self-esteem (r = 0.456; p = 0.001). There is a positive and moderate relationship between family support and self-esteem, so the higher the family support, the higher the student's self-esteem. Keywords: Family support, Self-esteem
