Abstract
ABSTRAK Supervisi bertujuan untuk membimbing perawat pelaksana dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan sedangkan kepuasan kerja merupakan evaluasi individu terhadap perasaan dan sikapnya terhadap pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan supervisi yang efektif oleh kepala ruangan serta tingkat kepuasan kerja yang baik dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 131 perawat dengan sampel 57 perawat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai (p = 0,006) sedangkan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai (p = 0,000). Secara simultan, supervisi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan nilai (p = 0,000). Berdasarkan koefisien beta terstandar, kepuasan kerja (β = 0,506) lebih dominan dibandingkan supervisi (β = 0,331) dalam memengaruhi kinerja perawat pelaksana sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel supervisi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh secara dominan. Effective supervision by the head of the ward and a good level of job satisfaction can influence the performance of practicing nurses. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and job satisfaction on the performance of practicing nurses in the inpatient ward of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The study population consisted of 131 practicing nurses in the inpatient ward, with a sample of 57 nurses selected using stratified proportional random sampling. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. The results showed that supervision had a significant effect on the performance of practicing nurses with a value of (p = 0.006), while job satisfaction also had a significant effect with a value of (p = 0.000). Simultaneously, supervision and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of practicing nurses with a value of (p = 0.000). Based on the standardized beta coefficient, job satisfaction (β 0.506) is more dominant than supervision (β 0.331) in influencing the performance of practicing nurses, so it can be concluded that the variables of supervision and job satisfaction affect the performance of practicing nurses, with job satisfaction as the dominant variable.
