Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Fairuz Anindya Putri Program Studi : Sarjana Keperawatan Judul : Pengaruh Bed Bath dengan Air Hangat Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Stroke di Unit Stroke RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan yang menyebabkan keterbatasan pasien dalam melakukan perawatan diri, termasuk kebersihan personal. Salah satu tindakan keperawatan dasar pada pasien stroke adalah bed bath. Namun, tindakan ini berpotensi memengaruhi stabilitas hemodinamik, khususnya tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bed bath dengan air hangat terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien stroke di Unit Stroke RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien stroke yang dirawat di Unit Stroke RSPAD Gatot Soebroto dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan teknik total sampling. Tekanan darah diukur sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bed bath dengan air hangat. Data dianalisa menggunakan uji Paired Samples T-Test untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian bed bath dengan air hangat pada pasien stroke. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bed bath dengan air hangat tidak berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien stroke. One of the basic nursing actions for stroke patients is a bed bath. However, this action has the potential to affect hemodynamic stability, especially blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of a warm bed bath on blood pressure in stroke patients in the Stroke Unit of Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The study design used a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study sample was stroke patients treated in the Stroke Unit of Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital and met the inclusion criteria using a total sampling technique. Blood pressure was measured before and after the administration of a warm bed bath. Data were analyzed using a Paired Samples T-Test to determine significant differences between before and after the intervention. The results showed that there was no significant difference between blood pressure before and after the administration of a warm bed bath in stroke patients. The statistical test results showed a p value > 0.05, so it can be concluded that a warm bed bath has no effect on blood pressure in stroke patients.
