Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan Electronic Medical Record (EMR) merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dokumentasi keperawatan, khususnya di unit perawatan intensif yang memiliki beban kerja tinggi. Namun, pemanfaatan EMR belum optimal berpotensi memengaruhi efisiensi waktu dokumentasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan penerapan sistem Electronic Medical Record (EMR) dengan efisiensi waktu dokumentasi keperawatan di ruang ICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode penelitian kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari perawat pelaksana di ruang ICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto yang dipilih menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memiliki penerapan EMR dan efisiensi waktu dokumentasi keperawatan dalam kategori baik. Hasil analisis Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara penerapan EMR dengan efisiensi waktu dokumentasi keperawatan. Penerapan sistem EMR berhubungan secara signifikan dengan efisiensi waktu dokumentasi keperawatan di ruang ICU RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kata Kunci: Electronic Medical Record, Efisiensi Waktu, Dokumentasi Keperawatan. xi ABSTRACT The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an effort to improve the efficiency of nursing documentation, especially in intensive care units that have a high workload. However, the utilization of EMR has not been optimal, potentially affecting the efficiency of nursing documentation time. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and the efficiency of nursing documentation time in the ICU room at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The research method used was quantitative observational analysis with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of nurses working in the ICU room at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, selected using total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: Most respondents had EMR implementation and nursing documentation time efficiency in the good category. The results of the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value < 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of EMR and the efficiency of nursing documentation time. The implementation of the EMR system is significantly related to the efficiency of nursing documentation time in the ICU of RSPAD Gatot Soebroto.
