Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Nabilah Auliya Purnama Program Studi : Sarjana Keperawatan Judul : Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pendelegasian Preseptor terhadap Kompetensi Mahasiswa dalam Praktik Klinik Program Profesi Ners di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Pembelajaran klinik pada program profesi Ners memerlukan peran preseptor yang efektif, khususnya dalam kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian tugas, untuk mendukung pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa selama praktik klinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian preseptor terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa program profesi Ners di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 49 mahasiswa profesi Ners yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan penambahan drop out 10%. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian preseptor serta kompetensi mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menilai kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian preseptor berada pada kategori baik, serta kompetensi mahasiswa mayoritas berada pada kategori baik. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian preseptor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa (p < 0,001) dengan kontribusi sebesar 60,8%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan pendelegasian preseptor berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa selama praktik klinik. This study aimed to analyze the influence of preceptor leadership and delegation on the competence of Ners professional students at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. An analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The sample consisted of 49 Ners professional students selected using the Slovin formula with an additional 10% allowance for dropout. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring preceptor leadership and delegation as well as student competence. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, with simple linear regression tests. The results showed that the majority of respondents perceived preceptor leadership and delegation to be in the good category, and most students’ competence was also categorized as good. Regression analysis indicated that preceptor leadership and delegation had a significant effect on student competence (p < 0.001), with a contribution of 60.8%. This study concludes that preceptor leadership and delegation play an important role in enhancing student competence during clinical practice.
