Abstract

ABSTRAK Beban kerja perawat dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan dua aspek yang saling berkaitan, terutama di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) yang menuntut pelayanan cepat dan kompleks. Beban kerja perawat yang tinggi dapat memengaruhi kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan secara optimal, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan mutu pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan populasi sebanyak 72 perawat, dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 perawat pelaksana yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner beban kerja perawat dan kuesioner mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki beban kerja berat, yaitu sebanyak 36 perawat (65,4%). Mutu pelayanan keperawatan didominasi oleh kategori kurang, yaitu sebanyak 44 perawat (80,0%). Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,299 dengan nilai p-value < 0,05, yang berarti H₁ diterima dan H₀ ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Kata kunci : Beban kerja, Mutu pelayanan keperawatan, Perawat IGD. x ABSTRACT The workload of nurses and the quality of nursing services are two interrelated aspects, especially in the Emergency Room (ER), which demands fast and complex services. A high workload can affect nurses' ability to provide optimal nursing services, thereby potentially reducing service quality. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' workload and the quality of nursing services in the Emergency Room of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a population of 72 nurses, and the research sample consisted of 55 practicing nurses who met the inclusion criteria. The instruments used were a nurse workload questionnaire and a nursing service quality questionnaire. The results showed that most respondents had a heavy workload, namely 36 nurses (65.4%). Nursing service quality was dominated by the poor category, namely 44 nurses (80.0%). The Spearman correlation test showed a correlation coefficient of 0.299 with a p-value < 0.05, which means that H₁ is accepted and H₀ is rejected. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the workload of nurses and the quality of nursing services in the Emergency Room of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital.
