Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Dede Cahya Lestari Program Studi : DIII Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Distraksi Mewarnai Dan Bercerita Terhadap Penurunan Ansietas Pada Anak Dengan Morbus Hirschsprung Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rspad Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Hospitalisasi pada anak dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis berupa ansietas, terutama pada anak dengan Morbus Hirschsprung yang menjalani tindakan operasi penutupan colostomy (colostomy closure). Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan anak merasa takut, gelisah, sulit tidur, dan tidak nyaman selama menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan ansietas pada anak yaitu terapi distraksi mewarnai dan bercerita. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui penerapan terapi distraksi mewarnai dan bercerita terhadap penurunan ansietas pada anak dengan Morbus Hirschsprung di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode : Studi kasus deskriptif melalui pendekatan melalui asuhan keperawatan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan data penunjang. Intervensi dilakukan selama 3 hari melalui terapi mewarnai dan bercerita, serta dukungan emosional. Hasil: Hasil intervensi selama 3 hari menunjukkan adanya penurunan ansietas dibuktikan dengan tingkat kecemasan dari skor 5 menjadi skor 2. Pasien tampak lebih tenang, lebih kooperatif terhadap tindakan keperawatan. Kesimpulan : Pada studi kasus Penerapan Terapi Distraksi Mewarnai dan Bercerita Terhadap Penurunan Ansietas Pada Anak Dengan Morbus Hirschsprung di Ruang rawat inap RSPAD Gatot Soebroto ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi distraksi mewarnai dan bercerita efektif membantu menurunkan ansietas. This condition causes children to feel afraid, anxious, have difficulty sleeping, and uncomfortable during hospitalization. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to reduce anxiety in children is coloring and storytelling distraction therapy. Objective: To determine the application of coloring and storytelling distraction therapy to reduce anxiety in children with Hirschsprung's disease at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Method: Descriptive case study through an approach through nursing care through interview techniques, observation and supporting data collection. The intervention was carried out for 3 days through coloring and storytelling therapy, as well as emotional support. Results: The results of the 3-day intervention showed a decrease in anxiety as evidenced by the level of anxiety from a score of 5 to a score of 2. Patients appeared calmer, more cooperative with nursing actions. Conclusion: This case study on the Application of Coloring and Storytelling Distraction Therapy to Reduce Anxiety in Children with Hirschsprung's Morbus in the inpatient ward of Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital shows that coloring and storytelling distraction therapy is effective in helping reduce anxiety.
