Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Meliyana Hadidjah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Teknik Terapi Musik Klasik Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Operasi Ca Mammae Dextra Di Paviliun Eri Soedewo Lantai Iv RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang : Ca mammae merupakan salah satu jenis kanker yang paling sering terjadi pada perempuan dan umumnya memerlukan tindakan mastektomi sebagai terapi. Tindakan operasi dapat menimbulkan nyeri post operasi yang berdampak pada kenyamanan, aktivitas, dan proses penyembuhan pasien. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah terapi musik klasik, yang memberikan efek relaksasi, menurunkan stres, dan merangsang pelepasan hormon endorfin. Tujuan : Memberikan asuhan keperawatan melalui penerapan terapi musik klasik terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi Ca mammae dextra di Paviliun Eri Soedewo Lantai IV RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metodologi : Studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi rekam medis. Intervensi terapi musik klasik diberikan selama 10–30 menit, 2 kali sehari selama 3 hari, dengan pengukuran nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil : Setelah pemberian terapi musik klasik. Terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien. Selain itu, pasien tampak lebih rileks, nyaman, dan mampu mengontrol nyeri dengan lebih baik dibandingkan sebelum intervensi diberikan. Kesimpulan : Penerapan terapi musik klasik efektif membantu menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien post operasi Ca mammae dextra. Terapi ini dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam asuhan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien dan mendukung proses pemulihan pascaoperasi. Surgery can cause postoperative pain that impacts the comfort, activity, and healing process of patients. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to reduce pain is classical music therapy, provides a relaxing effect, reduces stress, and stimulates the release of endorphins. Objective: To provide nursing care through the application of classical music therapy to reduce pain levels in post-operative patients with breast cancer at the Eri Soedewo Pavilion, Floor IV, RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Methodology: This case study uses a nursing care approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and medical record documentation. Classical music therapy intervention were given for 10–30 minutes, 2 times a day for 3 days, with pain measurements using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Results: After the administration of classical music therapy. There was a decrease in pain levels in patients. In addition, patients appeared more relaxed, comfortable, and were able to control pain better than before the intervention was given. Conclusion: The application of classical music therapy effectively helps reduce pain levels in patients with post-operative right breast cancer. This therapy can be used as a nonpharmacological intervention in nursing care to improve comfort and support the post-operative recovery process.
