Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Muhammad Maulana Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Hipnotis 5 Jari Terhadap Skala Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Laparoskopi Pada Pasien Ny. D Dengan Cholelithiasis Di Paviliun Darmawan Lantai V Rspad Gatot Soebroto Cholelithiasis merupakan salah satu penyakit dengan prevalensi tinggi yang sering memerlukan tindakan pembedahan laparoskopi dan menimbulkan nyeri pasca operasi. Nyeri yang tidak terkontrol dapat menghambat mobilisasi dini serta memperlambat proses penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan hipnotis 5 jari terhadap skala nyeri pada pasien post laparoskopi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif pada satu pasien yaitu Ny. D dengan Cholelithiasis di Paviliun Darmawan Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi, serta pengukuran skala nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Intervensi dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan penerapan teknik hipnotis 5 jari selama 10–15 menit setiap sesi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan skala nyeri dari skala 5 (nyeri sedang) menjadi skala 2 (nyeri ringan) setelah intervensi. Selain itu, pasien tampak lebih rileks, kecemasan berkurang, dan mampu melakukan mobilisasi secara mandiri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hipnotis 5 jari efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien post laparoskopi dengan Cholelithiasis. Disarankan agar teknik ini dapat diterapkan sebagai intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam manajemen nyeri keperawatan. Uncontrolled pain can inhibit early mobilization and delay the healing process. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of five finger hypnosis on pain scale in post-laparoscopic patients. The method used is a descriptive case study involving one patient, Mrs. D, with cholelithiasis at the Darmawan Pavilion, 5th Floor, RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Data were collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation, as well as pain scale measurement using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The intervention was carried out for 3 days with the application of five finger hypnosis technique for 10–15 minutes in each session. The results showed a decrease in pain scale from 5 (moderate pain) to 2 (mild pain) after the intervention. In addition, the patient appeared more relaxed, experienced reduced anxiety, and was able to perform independent mobilization. The conclusion of this study indicates that the application of five finger hypnosis is effective in reducing pain scale in post-laparoscopic patients with cholelithiasis.
