Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Nazwa Aliifah Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Latihan Range Of Motion (Rom) Pasif Terhadap Peningkatan Mobilitas Fisik Pada Pasien Ny.N Dengan Osteoarthritis Post Operasi Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Dextra Di Lantai IV Paviliun Eri Soedewo Rspad Gatot Soebroto. Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) of the genu is a degenerative joint disease that can cause pain, stiffness, and limited physical mobility. In severe conditions, patients can undergo Total Knee Replacement (TKR) to improve knee joint function. However, after TKR surgery, mobility problems often arise due to pain, decreased muscle strength, and limited joint range of motion. Objective: to determine the application of passive Range of Motion (ROM) exercises to accelerate physical mobility in patient Mrs. N with osteoarthritis after TKR right surgery on the 4th Floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The research method used a case study design with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, physical examinations, documentation studies, and medical records for three days of treatment. Results: showed an increase in motor ability, decreased joint stiffness, and increased range of motion in the right lower extremity after being given passive ROM exercises gradually. Conclusion: Passive ROM exercises are effective in helping the rehabilitation process and improving physical mobility in patients after TKR surgery. Keywords: Osteoarthritis, Total Knee Replacement, Passive ROM, Physical Mobility.
