Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Riska Mauliana Naela Adinda Prodi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Penerapan Terapi Musik dalam Asuhan Keperawatan pada pasien dengan Risiko Bunuh Diri di Ruang Paviliun Soehardo Kertohusodo RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar belakang Bunuh diri merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan jiwa yang masih menjadi perhatian global. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan sekitar 703.000 kematian akibat bunuh diri setiap tahun di dunia, dengan angka bunuh diri di Indonesia sebesar 3,4 per 100.000 penduduk. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat diterapkan dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan risiko bunuh diri adalah terapi musik yang berperan dalam memberikan relaksasi dan meningkatkan kenyamanan psikologis pasien. Metodologi Studi kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan jiwa pada satu pasien dengan diagnosis keperawatan risiko bunuh diri. Terapi musik diberikan selama 10–15 menit setiap hari selama tiga hari. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi respons pasien dan pengukuran Revised Suicide Ideation Scale (R-SIS) pada awal pengkajian dan hari terakhir intervensi. Hasil studi Setelah diberikan terapi musik selama tiga hari, pasien tampak lebih tenang, kooperatif, dan lebih mampu mengungkapkan perasaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penurunan skor Revised Suicide Ideation Scale (R-SIS) dari 14 menjadi 10. Kesimpulan Studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan terapi musik dalam asuhan keperawatan memberikan dampak positif pada pasien dengan risiko bunuh diri, yang ditandai dengan penurunan skor R-SIS serta perbaikan kondisi psikologis pasien. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be implemented in nursing care for patients at risk of suicide is music therapy, which plays a role in providing relaxation and improving the patient's psychological well-being. Methodology This case study uses a psychiatric nursing care approach for one patient diagnosed with a nursing diagnosis of suicide risk. Music therapy was provided for 10–15 minutes daily for three days. Evaluation was conducted through observation of the patient's response and measurement of the Revised Suicide Ideation Scale (R-SIS) at the beginning of the assessment and the last day of the intervention. The results the study After three days of music therapy, the patient appeared calmer, more cooperative, and more able to express her feelings. Evaluation results showed a decrease in her Revised Suicide Ideation Scale (R-SIS) score from 14 to 10. The conclusion This case study demonstrates that the application of music therapy in nursing care has a positive impact on a patient at risk of suicide, as indicated by a decrease in her R-SIS score and an improvement in her psychological well-being.
