Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Siti Hadzar Sarah Program Studi : D3 Keperawatan Judul : Efektivitas Tindakan Breast Care Terhap Kelancaran Produksi ASI Pada Ny. K Post Sectio Caesarea Dengan Insufisiensi Plasenta Di Lantai 1 Paviliun dr.Iman Sudjudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Latar Belakang: Sectio caesarea adalah metode persalinan buatan dimana janin dilahirkan melalui proses sayatan di dinding rahim, persalinan ini dilakukan karena adanya indikasi salah satunya adalah insufisiensi plasenta yang terjadi karena adanya gangguan pada aliran darah pada pembuluh darah uretroplasenta yang menyebabkan suplai oksigen dan nutrisi ke janin menurun. Masalah umum yang paling dihadapi oleh ibu post sectio caesarea adalah ketidakefektifan produksi dan pengeluaran ASI. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas tindakan Breast Care dalam mengatasi masalah kelancaran pada ASI. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif pada Ny. K dengan post sectio caesarea di Ruang Perawatan Lantai 1 Paviliun dr.Iman Sudjudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada volume ASI setelah dilakukan tindakan Breast Care selama tiga hari. Tindakan Breast Care terbukti efektif untuk membantu melancarkan produksi ASI. Kesimpulan: Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan melalui lembar observasi intervensi yang diberikan. Iman Sudjudi Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital Background: Caesarean section is a surgical delivery performed due to certain indications, including placental insufficiency, which can reduce the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the fetus. One of the most common postpartum problems after a Caesarean section is ineffective breast milk production. Breast Care is a non- pharmacological intervention that can help improve milk production and flow. The purpose: To determine the effectiveness of Breast Care in overcoming ineffective breast milk production in post-Caesarean section mothers. Method: This study used a descriptive case study design on one post-Caesarean section patient, Mrs. K, in the 1st Floor Treatment Room of the Dr. Iman Sudjudi Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The results: The case study showed an increase in breast milk volume after Breast Care was performed for three consecutive days, indicating improved milk production and flow. Conclusion: ata were collected through interviews, physical examinations, and observation sheets. Breast Care was provided for 15 minutes, twice daily, and was effective in improving breast milk production.
