Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Angka persalinan dengan metode sesar telah meningkat di seluruh dunia, melampaui batas 10%–15% yang direkomendasikan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) untuk membantu menyelamatkan nyawa ibu dan bayi. Tujuan: Untuk menggambarkan hubungan karakteristik pasien sectio caesarea dengan lama mobilisasi di Ruang Pavilium Iman Sudjudi lantai 1 di RSPAD Gatot Subroto tahun 2023 Metode: jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik observasi onal dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dimana jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian 17 pasien, teknik pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampling. Hasil: hasil dalam penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari 17 responden (100.0%) berdasarkan umur 21-34 tahun sebanyak 14 responden (82.4%) dan ebanyak 3 responden (17.6%). Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis dengan uji korelasi menunjukkan hubungan karakteristik pasien sectio caesarea dengan lama mobilisasi berdasarkan paritas di Ruang Pavilium Iman Sudjudi lantai 1 di RSPAD Gatot Subroto tahun 2023 diperoleh asymp. sing. (2-sided) = 0.150, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada berhubungan dengan lama mobilisasi berdasarkan paritas di Ruang Pavilium Iman Sudjudi lantai 1 di RSPAD Gatot Subroto tahun 2023. Kata Kunci: umur, paritas, mobilisasi. ABSTRACT Background: The rate of delivery by cesarean method has increased worldwide, exceeding the 10%–15% limit recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) to help save the lives of mothers and babies. Objective: To describe the relationship between the characteristics of caesarean section patients and the length of mobilization in the Iman Sudjudi Pavilion Room, 1st floor at Gatot Subroto Army Hospital in 2023 Method: the type of research used is analytical observational research with a cross sectional approach, where the population and sample size in the study is 17 patients, the sampling technique in the research is a sampling technique. Results: The results of the research show that of the 17 respondents (100.0%) based on age 21-34 years there were 14 respondents (82.4%) and ≥35 years old there were 3 respondents (17.6%). Conclusion: The results of the analysis using the correlation test show a relationship between the characteristics of caesarean section patients and the length of mobilization based on parity in the Iman Sudjudi Pavilion Room, 1st floor at Gatot Subroto Army Hospital in 2023, obtained asymp. sing. (2-sided) = 0.150, so it can be concluded that there is no connection with the length of mobilization based on parity in the Iman Sudjudi Pavilion Room, 1st floor at the Gatot Subroto RSPAD in 2023.
