Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Ayu Safitri Program Studi : D-III Keperawatan Judul : Efektivitas Terapi Murottal Al-Qur’aan Untuk Menurunkan Nyeri Post Operasi ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) Pada Ny.T Dengan Fraktur Femur Sinistra Di Paviliun Eri Sadewo Lantai V RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Latar Belakang : Farktur femur merupakan hilangnya kontinuitas tulang pada paha yang disebabkan oleh trauma ekslusif pada paha. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan memberikan terapi relaksasi mendengarkan murottal Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deksriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk penerapan terapi murottal Al-Qur’an untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan nyeri pada Ny.T dengan post ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation). Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, studi literature dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa setelah diterapkan intervensi keperawatan selama 3 hari terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri akut kategori sedang. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pemberian terapi relaksasi murottal Al-Qur’an efektif dilakukan untuk pemenuhan nyeri akut kategori sedang Ny.T dengan post op ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation). ABSTRACT Name : Ayu Safitri Study Program : D-III Nursing Title : Effectivness of Qur'aan Murottal Therapy to Reduce Postoperative Pain ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) in Mrs.T with Sinistra Femur Fracture at Eri Sadewo Pavilion V Floor of Gatot Soebroto Hospital. Background: Femoral phamture is a loss of bone continuity in the thigh caused by exclusive trauma to the thigh. Management is carried out by providing relaxation therapy listening to the Qur'an murottal. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study that aims to apply Qur'anic murottal therapy to meet the needs of pain in Mrs.T with post ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation). Method: The methods used in this case study are observation, interview, physical examination, literature study and documentation study. Results: The results of this study showed that after applying nursing intervention for 3 days there was a decrease in the level of acute pain in the moderate category. Conclusion: The conclusion of the results of this study is that the provision of Qur'anic murottal relaxation therapy is effective for the fulfillment of moderate category acute pain Mrs.T with post op ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation).
