Abstract

ABSTRAK STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Karya Tulis Ilmiah Erlina Wiji Astuti Ningrum Penerapan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Sirosis Hepatis Dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Cairan Di Ruang Perawatan Lantai VI Paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto V BAB + 49 Halaman + 4 Lampiran + xv Latar Belakang: Sirosis hepatis merupakan stadium terakhir dari penyakit hati kronis. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan terjadinya pergerasan dari hati yang akan menyebabkan penurunan fungsi hati dan perubahan bentuk hati yang akan berujung pada kegagalan fungsi hati. Sirosis hepatis dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti mengkonsumsi alkohol, infeksi virus hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, dan hepatitis autoimun. Pasien sirosis hepatis yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menyebabkan komplikasi asites, dimana dalam penanganannya yaitu membutuhkan terapi diuretik dan pembatasan cairan. Tujuan : Untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pasien yang terdiagnosis sirosis hepatis dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan cairan di ruang perawatan lantai VI paviliun Darmawan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Metode : Dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cara mengobservasi penerapan kebutuhan cairan pada pasien sirosis hepatis dengan pemberian diuretik dan pembatasan cairan. Hasil: Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan dengan memberikan intervensi keperawatan pada kasus dari hari pertama hingga hari ketiga masalah teratasi sebagian dikarenakan masih terdapat asites dan pada balance cairan imbalance. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilakukan penelitian selama tiga hari dapat disimpulkan dengan melakukan pemberian diuretik dan pembatasan cairan tidak terjadi perubahan secara signifikan dibutuhkan waktu satu sampai lima belas hari untuk dapat melihat hasil yang optimal. This disease is characterized by the degeneration of the liver which will cause a decrease in liver function and changes in the shape of the liver which will lead to liver failure. Cirrhosis hepatis can be caused by several factors, as well as complications, one of the complications that occurs in cirrhosis hepatis is the presence of ascites. Hepatic cirrhosis complicated by ascites can be managed with the use of diuretics and fluid restriction. Objective: To provide an overview of patients diagnosed with hepatic cirrhosis in meeting fluid needs in the 6th floor treatment room of Darmawan pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Method: In writing this scientific paper, the method used is descriptive method using data collection techniques by observing the application of fluid requirements in patients with hepatic cirrhosis with diuretic administration and in fluid restriction. Results: case studies that have been carried out by providing nursing interventions in cases from the first day to the third day the problem is partially resolved because there is still ascites and fluid balance imbalance. Conclusion: After conducting the study for three days, it can be concluded that by giving diuretics and fluid restriction there is no significant change, it takes one to fifteen days to see optimal results.
